    It's never a fun thing when you have an appliance bite the dust and have to get a new one. However, our shopping experience at Best Buy was very positive. The floor staff were helpful and knowledgeable. We ended up with this dryer that matched our needs at a good value and came with high quality delivery and installation service. So far, the dryer is running great.
