This Maytag dryer is a companion to our new top loading Maytag washing machine. We replaced the 15 year old dryer with this electric dryer. Wow - what a difference! very efficient. Dries loads quickly. And we really like the way the dried clothing comes out.

Love the drop down door and large capacity. Also like that the lint catch is by the door and not on top.

replaced a Samsung that had stopped drying properly. the maytag matches the washer already purchased. this fryer does a great job on the first attempt. very rare to have to run a second cycle to fully dry a load. did not need/want the steam option so ordered the unit without steam.

This dryer is just as great as the washer. It tells you how long the load dry time will be (dependent on the settings). It dries great. We haven't had a load that didn't dry properly. The wrinkle free option is nice as well. It holds a lot of clothes. It has an extra strength button that I love.

This was the best I could get (out of all that they had in stock on hand). Not disappointed at all. Dries clothes quickly. A few items come out feeling just a tad bit wet, but it’s rare and it dries out quickly. Clothes come out smelling fresh and clean. Wrinkle option is a big plus. You can even control it via app on your phone. Was worth the price to me as it was definitely comparable price-wise with other brands

The design is wonderful. It's quite, lightweight and do the job. I like the app. Its very handy. You can start the dry from the app and it lets you know if the clothes are dry. But the three connectors on the back is what gave me trouble. The first connector didn't stay screwed in. It was lose i had to put another screwed in it and it was fine! The chat online was trash I didn't get help until I got rude after speaking to 3 agents who didn’t help or even listen to my concerns. This have nothing to do with the dry itself. Im experience with best buy was unpleasant i ordered this as a set in April here it is the last day in May without any updates. I just want simple communication. But overall Maytag did a great job with this dryer im happy with it.

This Dryer Is Very Easy To Work With. Also Very Quite And Saves On My Electric Bill.

I love this dryer. It has all the features I was looking for. It has a hamper style door with lint collection in the door (not on top of the unit) and a light. I love the fact that it chimes when the drying is complete. Also, no guesswork with drying time; it turns off when clothes are dry. Lastly, the quality is great. Love it!!

We love our new washer and dryer set. They are easy to use, are not loud, and have a cool feature of setting it up to WIFI
