Thought it was pretty easy to set up, and has a decent range. Only thing is it is very light weight, which may be helpful to some, but makes it difficult to keep still.

I needed a bluetooth transmitter for my Sony TV, so I could use headphones late at night to keep the noise down. It has worked very well.
It was easy to set up, and I keep it plugged in with a usb wall plug all the time (so I never have to remember if the included battery will run out). It turns itself on whenever I power up my headphones, and shuts off when I turn the headphones off.
I got this for the aptx technology, and got headphones that featured aptx, too. This seems to work well, and I've noticed no annoying lags between moving lips on the screen and the voices I hear in the headphones. It is a tad off the regular sound coming from the TV -- if I don't turn the TV volume all the way down I can hear voices which sound about a 1/4 second ahead of the sound I hear in my headphones. Not an issue for me, but it could be for someone wishing to turn up the volume in the headphones in order to hear better while the rest of the family listens to the sound coming from the TV.

This device met my expectations. It is very small and therefore easy to blend in to my other devices (cable box, Apple TV, etc). Wish the battery life was a little bit more.

This is great. I can watch NCAA Basketball games while on treadmill and my wife doesn't hear the game. I do a DVD workout video in the morning and don't wake anyone. I can also listen to the news while working out.

This is one of those simple products that does what it's supposed to do and does it very well.
Once set up, this transmitter automatically turns on when it detects one of the headphones being turned on. I like that.
It works very well and I can highly recommend it.

I plugged this device into the back of my TV's optical out port and was able to pair it to a set of blue tooth speakers. Transmitter has two channels to pair multiple devices. Also, can be plugged in with an 1/8" audio (phono) cable if the optical out is not available.

Once I got my headphones to sync with it I have had no issues. Plug your optical audio in and it is powered by a USB port. All good, would buy again.

I connected 2 speakers to the transmitter. Side A and side B connected immediately. Then I shut the transmitter for the night. The next day side B would not connect. Thinking it was the speaker I exchanged it. The new speaker connected quickly. The next day side B would not connect. Last night I tried to connect the B speaker to my iPhone. It connected immediately. My belief now is that the transmitter is defective.

Has the most features of any Bluetooth transmitter

Like the other reviewers I was looking for something a little more feature-rich than the conventional Bluetooth transmitter for my. Don't understand why so few support more than one headphone - it's such an essential feature for TV viewing with headphones. My old-school TV headphone base station from like 10 years ago supports up to four units, so it's amazing that it took until 2015 for someone to make a Bluetooth transmitter that does this. I also don't have an RCA jack on my TV, so I needed something with optical to avoid using an extra converter.
Setting up the transmitter wasn't difficult, but I had to consult the manual (not usually the case with tech for me). With only optical audio output on my TV, I didn't really have a choice of inputs but I did test the 3.5mm with my iPad before setting it up and that worked well too. Pairing Bluetooth headphones is surprisingly quick -- both my higher-end Senheiser set (supports APTX) and my generic sports headset (no APTX) paired quickly.
Pros:
*Once you get the idea of how tit works, it's not difficult to use
*Works with the two different Bluetooth headphones I already own
*Optical input (very hard to find feature)
*You can keep the transmitter plugged in an turned on (couldn't find this information prior to buying it)
Cons:
*If I use my headphones with another device (e.g. go for a jog using my iPhone as my music player), I have to re-pair the headphones when I come back home to use them with the transmitter again. Otherwise they will keep re-connecting to my iPhone instead
*Range is limited by walls, so no going out of the room too much
*No wall charger included (most TVs have USB ports these days, I think)
These are pretty minor complaints considering I now have two TV headphones (and they're actually headphones I already had sitting around). Overall, it's a great product that does what it promises. Just has a steeper learning curve than a basic $25 Bluetooth transmitter.

My wife and I recently had a baby, and ever since, movie nights have not been the same. When the baby's asleep, it's quiet time and no creature better be stirring.
This product worked well for my situation. It's important that you use headphones with at least aptx capability to take advantage of one of the points of this transmitter. That way you don't get any lag between the sound and video.
I connected the Connect via optical connection... (Yeah impractical name though.) and paired up 2 headphones and I was good!
I must note that I tried this on a different TV upstairs and there was one more step. Since I was using the digital output (toslink), I had to go into my directTV box settings and set it to PCM because apparently Bluetooth cannot stream into surround sound--I called a mee audio rep to find this out. From there, I once again had sound.
All in all, I'm happy. Movie night is back!

Solved one of the largest issues in my household. I like to watch tv late at night in bed and usually need to keep the volume extremely low so as not to wake up my wife. Not only is this an affordable solution, it is very easy to use and will pair with my headphones very quickly! I would encourage anyone looking for an easy and inexpensive solution to buy immediately!

Great bluetooth transmitter

This is a great bluetooth transmitter! Just finding one is difficult enough as there are all kinds of receivers availible, but very few transmitters. This one is so much better than the others. It supports Low Latency AptX, and it really does make a difference especially when watching TV. I have no issues with "lag" or having action sequences out of sync with the audio. That being said, there are some things to keep in mind:
1. The speaker and/or headset that you pair with this needs to support Low Latency AptX. I cannot stress this enough. You can use this with headsets without AptX but for music only. It really does matter when watching a movie or any other media.
2. You need to re-pair whatever speakers or headphones you have every time you use them. To some this would be a major drawback, but I did not have any issues with it as the pairing process is quick and easy.

I have been shopping for a bluetooth transmitter which I can use for watching TV while my wife is asleep, and this transmitter does exactly what I need. Pairing is easy and it works seamlessly with the two bluetooth headphones that I have. Great support from their customer service too. If you're looking for a bluetooth setup for your room TV, either using headphones or speakers, I would recommend this transmitter as the bridge in between your TV set and devices.
