    This mount fits my 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix perfectly. My only problem is that I couldn't use the thin spacer that covers up the space between the unit and the car. I have a detachable face that wouldn't allow me to use it anyway because it covers the release mechanism.

    Just follow the directions and you’ll be on your way. I did have to purchase additional screws because the stereo I purchased didn’t have enough or the right length. The install directions from the stereo tells you the exact size needed. Not Metra’s fault.

    Upgraded the stereo to a touchscreen and backup camera. The fit for this mounting kit was perfect and makes the new stereo look factory.
