    I was so upset..I paid for a new one.. They sent me a open box and it was the wrong one in the box.. And they did replace it. But it was too late I had to but a new one from the install guys and there's was way more expensive.i had to call customer care and explain the issue and they tried to help but it was too late my install date was on two days and no way were they going to send it in time.. So when it did get to me I sent it all back but not without a headache first... This is a product that should be on had at the store for a sure fit.especially when you're purchasing a radio from the store you should not have to wait to receive it through the mail and it could possibly be the wrong thing it defeats the purpose of making a purchase and a complete purchase at that.
