Just let it renew it’s easier

I changed one time and it was a mess so I let this thing just renew annually it’s easier. I do say when you’ve had the subscription as long as I have they should offer a loyalty discount like lots of other companies like Adobe

However, in looking up information to respond to this inquiry, I see whereby I was charged for the family program when review and last year‘s bill I only had the single person plan which is $30 cheaper. Someone apparently took it upon themselves to upgrade my program which I did not realize to just now and I am not happy about. However, in contacting Best Buy sales people, they tell me there’s nothing I can do about it till next year, so I don’t know anything positive that I can say at this time.
