I Love Microsoft Productivity!!! I will always keep a 365 subscription. EASE OF USE IS EVERYTHING! The other "doc" competition is bland and tedious.

I have used Microsoft Software for years (haven't we all?!). I LOVE being able to purchase this service from BestBUY w/o having to deal with Microsoft. With the advent of this 365, I now have to use a web based software that is NOT as user friendly as the PC based software. It's limiting to use a much smaller screen on a browser than a software screen (i can now see only 32 lines as opposed to 37 in the software). Overall, though, its still very useable and I can link all my files across all my devices easily (Android, iPad, tablets, laptops, and of course PC).

I honestly only got this for the protection it provides, but I love all of the apps that it automatically comes with. Definitely recommend if you use this for work or school.

The Microsoft product/program have been amazing no complaints are problems with any of the software.

Can work all my programs, 2nd time buying this program. I use for personal and work, and my business too.

I would like to share my impression of purchasing a MacBook at Best Buy. This laptop met all my expectations and even exceeded them. Amazing services. Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint almost all the time for schoolwork and having the subscription allows me to have all the apps and extra features such as 1TB of cloud storage on OneDrive with ease. Good value for what you get too.

All of my purchases have been excellent except for 1. I bought the Microsoft 365 Personal. I'm having problems downloading it.

Thats what it should be called. I can work on a presentation, draft any document, from an agenda to mtg notes to a time management table. Excel helps me calculate complex math. i could go on and on...

Ordering and delivery went very quick and Best Buy provided all the necessary information and specifics.

It is pretty good but it only works for a year, then it stops working and you have to buy a brand new one.
