    This is actually a replacement for the exact same keyboard. Ive used it heavily for years as a TV remote basically and it is super durable and works great

    I am disappointed with this purchase and with Microsoft. The quality is low and outdated. The keys are very uncomfortable. Someone in this comment section said the keys feel like "Cheerios". I didn't believe it until I felt them for myself. The "Cheerios" comment is accurate. Also, BELIEVE the other commenters who say that the touch pad is inaccurate. There is no precision while using it, and it feels cheap to the touch. I also didn't realize this before I bought it, but there are no traditional "home" and "end" buttons. Also, this requires a BLUETOOTH port in order for it to work. In other words, it doesn't actually connect to your computer's Bluetooth. It connects to the included USB Bluetooth receiver. The receiver will need to be inserted into a USB port in order for the keyboard to work on your computer. Also, it's not backlit. I didn't realize how much I needed a backlit keyboard until I bought this one. I threw this keyboard away one week after I bought it. It just wasn't worth the hassle to try to return it.

    For the price this is a good compromise for a portable keyboard +touchpad for living room pc. The mouse button in top left of keyboard takes a moment to get use to , but it works well for two handed operation. It would be better if there was more palm area to help stabilize the keyboard well typing.

    Keyboard works great when connected to a computer... the large touch pad is great and a left click button on the left side of the keyboard is convenience when holding the keyboard with both hands... the only drawback, this keyboard didn't work with the Samsung SmartTV when plug into TV directly.
