Battery life is amazing, speeds good, works well but item was used and has 100 charges already. Probably should be cheaper

Sent to me with a hugh dent visibly on the top of the tablet...... for real? Where is your oversight? Not reconditioned but more like Dent and Scratch section.... last time i buy anything so called reconditioned sight unseen online from Bestbuy.com. Just disheartening for a giant to sell used items like this, it should have went to the eBay page and not the main sight...

Purchased this as a refurb special, it arrived dented. It was already an expensive purchase to begin with, and it had an additional discount on top of that. But if you are patient can find new for similar price.

Great product. My whole company operates on surface pro laptops

Performance is wonderful on the surface book pro 2 - until its not. This is the second surface book I've purchased since 2018 (third including a replacement) that has shorted without issue until it never turns back on. The first one was within my 1 year warranty and luckily the Microsoft store replaced it. This second purchase, I'm about 20 months in and now i'm sol on $1300. Longevity on these machines is less than satisfactory.

Absolute worst laptop I have ever owned or have ever used. For the value it is absolutely terrible. The first surface book I received would crash multiple times a day, so thankfully after a very lengthy process Microsoft took it in for service and either sent me a new one. Low and behold months later the same issue and now the laptop won’t turn on. I’ve had the laptop for barely what is even a year and it is completely bricked. My 6 year old thinkpad is my laptop once again, and funny enough it still works! Will never be buying a Microsoft computer again after this experience.
