    Loving my refurbished laptop. Trying to find a sleeve for it was a bit tricky - I wish there would have been information about that in the box. So far, so good. I love how light it is and how easy it is to transport. Taking the screen off was a bit tricky the first time, but other than that, it has all be great!

    My son purchased this as a refurbished Deal of the Day for college. Unfortunately, the computer repeatedly would run for 15 minutes and shut itself down, but sometimes this happens. Attempted to go back to the store for repair, and they refused to even look at it. Just continually was told it should be returned. It can't be exchanged because apparently this model is not manufactured any more, but I am less than impressed with the "customer service" provided as Best Buy would not even attempt to figure out the problem and try to fix it. My son will be returning, but I am seriously going to have to consider purchasing computers here again.

    The computer is now giving me hardware problems. I try reimaging and continues to blue screen. I have purchased over 10 surface books and they're great computers.

    Bought this laptop refurb upon inspection it is worst buy every from best buy. The bettery capacity is below 50%. Microsoft will charge non warranty replacement which will be almost the same price I paid for this. Might as well buy brand new. Sorry Best Buy, I was not satisfied this time as this device should never be sold with that kind of batter capacity.

    Purchased this surface book refurbished but battery is complete trash. Don't trust best buy refurbished! I have had better success on ebay then this experience.
