its amazing. long life battery, and the noise canceling is very good.

The headset works great and functionally lasts as expected. However I owned two pair and both experienced the same issue with the cushion separating around the inside top arc. Very disappointing. And I am struggling to even get them replaced with my warranty purchased because they keep selling out. Not a happy about that at all.

I’ve used this headset to reach my online classes for the last 6 months. No issues whatsoever. Product is labeled as being designed for Microsoft Teams, but works equally as well with Zoom. Great headset!

I was a little apprehensive after reading the negative reviews, but thought that I’d try this out for myself. I work in an open office floor plan and take calls all day. I was looking for something wireless and on the cheaper side. I first tried the Logitech H600. They were great as far and connection and sound, but not comfortable on the ears. Then I tried the jLab go work, which has great reviews. They are Bluetooth only and kept cutting out on calls. Lastly I picked theses up and have replaced the other two. This headset is super comfy and light. I use the usb dongle provided for connection. Once my setting on the Cisco soft phone we’re all adjusted correctly sound and mic were great. I even pulled calls to listen, no issue with the audio. It’s updates with a usb c and is very easy to mute. Hope that helps.

Overall, very good earphones that work well with MicroSoft Teams. I have had no complaints about hearing my voice when I speak. I wish they were just one ear, I feel that is more comfortable to wear all day. I have noticed that once you connect them to the computer, it is hard to switch to computer speakers when desired. Battery seems good and I have only had very few instances when connection is not good. One real downside is the range. I work in my dining room and when I walk into the kitchen (not far away) the connection will go out. You can hear (with static), but the microphone will not work. I wish the range was much more.

I was looking for a wireless headset for using with Microsoft Teams and this was the best option I found that wouldn't make me look like a videogamer. Its controls are designed to work with teams. Battery lasts almost 3 days and it's a very light product. Super happy with the purchase so far. I used a Jabra wired headset before and the freedom to stand and fewer cords on my desk are so sweet. I also tested a logitech h800 before this and that's pure garbage.

Awesome headphones! I work for a center, and originally I wore 1 eared headphones and the office got loud at times and it was distracting. I got these to try and they are awesome! I primarily work from home and I cannot hear anything with the noise cancellation. These head phones battery lasts 4 8 hour days on a charge! I love them and highly recommend!

Good/Average headset. If this ear piece was larger and the audio better (no bass) I would have rated this Great to perfect. Hearing others was clear, I was also told other could hear me clearly. Using the mike to mute works great along with the other MS teams specific buttons. Build quality feels cheap, I got the best buy warranty (something I normally do not get) because it does not feel like it will be in one piece in two years. Compare to other headphones that I have Bose and Logitech I would buy this again if needed.

These are awesome, open the box, charge them up, connect to computer and done. Easy as that, people can hear me and I can hear them. Flip the mic up and it mutes and then flip,it back down and mute turns off. 99 bucks compared to others online for more, these are the way to go. FYI, come with w usb cord, plug on end into the headphones and the other end has to plug into a usb power adapter which is NOT included (no big deal I have several already)

Easy to connect. No pressure on the ears. Clear audio. Long range wireless connection. Long battery life. Seamless integration with Teams application. ...I highly recommend.

Poor ANC. Maximum volume could be greater. Battery life is awesome.

Good quality headphones and cool features like an indicator light whether you are on mute, or mutes when you flip the mic up. Only issue I've been having is that it occasionally unpairs from my computer even when connected by the usb dongle. Overall it is a decent pair of headphones for work.

Excellent headset for work, with great Bluetooth range and comfortable. Finally found a pair that meets all of my needs.

I actually like this headset but using it with the usb connection is not the best. I can hear just fine but the microphone does not work well if I do not have the line of sight. The battery lasts a long time. Fully charged, it says they the battery will last for 15 hours. I have yet to test it out how long it really lasts. You can also connect it directly through Bluetooth.

Very comfortable to wear, even all day. I love the mute feature of just raising the mouth piece. Clear and crisp sound.
