I like how light weight the computer is. Love the versatility of the removable screen.

This laptop has fulfilled all my needs and more for my lifestyle. The laptop and tablet functions are great with easy switching between the two. The touch screen is great and makes moving around documents so much easier. The higher price is worth it when comparing to other 2-in-1 laptops as the material feels sturdier, the screen looks better, and it just gives off the feeling that it will last a long time. Definitely would recommend!

I wavered a great deal between laptop manufacturers but the surface book seemed to be the best suited for what I was looking for. My biggest concern was start-up and trying to figure out all of the apps and how everything worked together. Overall, it was easy. I still haven't learned how to use the pen yet but the laptop has done everything I wanted it to do. Now I just have to figure out what I want that I don't know I want.

This is a good computer for business. Has enough power and speed to make it a valuable tool for the office and is light enough for travel. This is our fifth Surface Book.

I am in the process of starting my own business and needed something to help me on this path.... and this computer has been a great help. With it being a Windows product, and my familiarity with that group of products, the ease of use and set up was really appreciated. So many things along this journey have been confusing and complex - this computer was not. And it has everything I need to start and run my business.

This 2-in-1 has greatly improved my daughter's capabilities in dealing with homework assignments and other extracurricular art assignments. Helps her keep in touch with classmates for group assignments. The touchscreen has helped her to work more efficiently. Using the machine in tablet and tent mode has been a pleasant surprise and has helped her tackle her assignments in useful ways.

My daughter was looking to replace her Apple Mac air and she wanted the surface laptop with touch screen and 2 in 1 features as laptop and tablet. She also likes that she can draw on it. We had to by the pen separately and the associate honored the price match from Amazon in addition to the student discount. Most of all, I have 12 mos. financing to pay it off. Overall we are very pleased with this purchase.

This laptop is a really great purchase. Although a bit expensive, the quality is amazing and it performs well. I use it mainly for mobile music production and my wife uses it for general web browsing and some office use. I was surprised that it had two batteries, one in the keyboard and another in the display, but I guess that makes sense given the design. Overall, it's a wonderful and practical device.

I recently purchased this laptop as I begin my first year in medical school. The detachable touchscreen is perfect for note-taking and having the stability of the keyboard/full laptop is wonderful. It is very user-friendly, yet has many additional features if you choose to explore them. I would certainly recommend this to any college/graduate student looking for a laptop for school!

My child is a student and says this is the best computer owned, including a MacBook, Lenovo Tablet and a desktop. The ability to switch between full PC and tablet mode is incredible. The pen is a must buy for students having to use online documents. The ability to write on and highlight text is really sharp. With the student discount codes, this is a great purchase.
