I am really impressed with the build quality, fit, and finish of this laptop. Microsoft has really done a nice job of putting together a very capable laptop. We bought this laptop for my wife who is a Realtor and she loves it. Numerous clients have remarked on how much they like the laptop as she conducts presentations on it. It’s fast, very responsive, and works well.

Bought this for my daughter for college to replace her Chrome Book. Let me just start by saying the overall design being able to go from tablet and desktop is awesome. The processor speed and memory make this machine a compact beast for getting things done. I do have the larger model which is also awesome but as an investment for your college student, this is perfect.

We were looking to buy a laptop for my son and were considering MacBook. Saw a great promotion on this i5 unit because newer i5s were coming out soon, received a surface go in promotion for free. Now my daughter also has a small laptop without breaking the bank. Very satisfied with the performance of both devices. Will buy more perhaps a surface laptop for my self.

Great battery life, lightweight and multiple configuration options.

We bought this laptop for our daughter to use in college. She's been using it all Summer, and it has everything she needs. Our oldest daughter is looking to buy one for herself as a public school teacher. The ability to use the pen to write and get it translated to text is terrific.

I love this Microsoft Surface book 2 . It is a wonderful blend of laptop and tablet . I like the variety of configurations and their corresponding uses. I Very much am glad to have gotten this . I have recommended it to several people In recent days. I truly feel it is a an excellent machine . In my opinion it is a beautiful blend of functional and fun .

I bought this computer for my daughter to finish her schooling online this year, and to take for college next year. She did her research and decided a Microsoft computer fit her needs the best. Service at Best Buy was terrific, and the salesperson took the time to answer my questions. My daughter is delighted with her choice.

This is the best device for taking notes... it is compatible with a variety of softwares and perfectly versatile whether in tablet or laptop mode. It is exceptional for organization and functionality. Everything is in one place and the touch screen/note taking is perfectly calibrated and even pressure sensitive. Always impressed. Easy to set up.

I have had my surface pro 4 for years but it was now time to upgrade. I honestly didn't feel the surface pro group could fulfil my needs as much anymore with how much I need to be able to comfortably work from anywhere. The larger size screen is easier for me to use and I've enjoyed using the key board MUCH more than the surface pro.

I got this for note taking going into my senior year of college, just by playing around with it I can’t wait to use it this semester for notes because it’s easy to write/type and draw on the same page without running out of room like you would with a notebook.

I absolutely love this laptop, and it's sleek yet very power. Taking the screen off of the keyboard completely makes traveling wonderful (although it's small enough to travel with the base). All of my old programs run amazing and the key board has great response time. I upgraded from a 10+ old Toshiba Satellite A505 laptop.

The Surface Book 2 has really stood the test of time for what I needed when I purchased it. I use it daily both as a laptop and as a tablet. I enjoy and take full advantage of the 2-in-1 aspect given I use it for admin work, controlling media equipment, and gaming. As my media work has shifted to more editing, I find that I now need an upgrade and I will definitely be looking at the next Surface Book to fulfill this role.
