Had to engage Geek Squad twice to get even some of my contacts. Six weeks after purchase Outlook quit working-could not receive or send email. August 5 & 7 sought help from Microsoft. After two long sessions, Outlook is receiving and sending, but ALL contacts and complete address book were deleted! I now have to recreate my address book! It seems that Windows 10S s not understood even by Microsoft technicians. I hope I don't have additional problems!
