The lightest, easiest and prettiest laptop I've ever owned.

Size of the laptop is perfect - 13.5 inch touch screen. Lightweight for daily use and travel. Ease of use setting up laptop initially, and it starts up quickly each time. Coming back to a Microsoft model, like the Microsoft Edge feature. Very happy with this model and highly recommend.

I love the Surface Laptop 4.. i had a Surface Pro 3 (quite the upgrade) and it has served me well. The screen is perfect size, great quality. The system runs smoothly, keyboard/touchpad are amazing. Its compact, not heavy, sleek and stylish So happy with my purchase

Best school laptop ever! I am so excited to use all the various features that are included. I am in love with the felt padding keyboard when I type. It is very sleek and lightweight. I love the blue color. Definitely a great investment!

Really liked the sleekness of this laptop. Very simple and clean. Very lightweight which I liked a lot since I’m a college student and don’t want it making my bag heavier. Loved the Face ID to unlock my laptop easily. The only problem that I really had was I felt as if the battery life was not very long. It was very quick to charge but didn’t feel like it lasted me a long while. Other than that I think this is a solid laptop with great programs and easy to use for college.

I am usually a Mac and Apple Fan boy and I have owned 1 Surface Laptop in the past and hated everything about it. However when I needed a Windows based second computer for work at my home office, I researched and found that why buy a Dell or Samsung or even the worst, HP, when you can go right to the source and buy Microsoft. Mind you this is a bit more pricey than Dell and HP, however an I5 Intel Chip and 512GB, 8GB Memory plus its sleek, runs fast and is powerful for everyday tasks, and it comes built with Windows 11 already installed. If you are looking for Microsoft Windows, go to the source.

I've had this device for nearly 2 years and it's been holding up great. Fast and efficient. Windows has thankfully not been a buggy mess.

I absolutely love my surface laptop. I bought a Google chrome book first but it was complicated. This is easy to use.

Bought for my wife and she absolutely loves it. It's a smaller form factor and it's super light. Works perfectly fine for general tasks. It's the Windows equivalent of a Macbook Air.

Bought for my daughter. She needed a new laptop to replace a MacBook and I was more than enthused she wanted a Windows laptop. This won out over the Surface Pro and Samsung Galaxy Book. The is essentially a Windows MacBook. They've done a great job. The hardware is solid, feel light but sturdy. The screen resolution is great and performance is solid. The USB-C port allows USB-C charging in addition to the proprietary Microsoft charging. Ultimately decided on the higher end model to future proof and didn't particularly like the Alcantra surface on the entry level models. My previous experience with the first gen Surface Pro influenced the decision. I've had a great experience with MS hardware.

I purchased this product in the color Sand, which is more of a muted shade of rose gold. The Sand color is a very beautiful, neutral shade, with a sleek design. I purchased the matching mouse as well, but the track pad is so easy to use that I never feel the need to use the mouse. This is a good investment for anyone looking for a minimalist design that is equally functional for the price point. I use this for work and for my home office so the 13.5” size is perfect for the commute. Highly recommend!
