Excellent laptop for everyday use. Good battery life and performance.

I am an excited and happy owner of my Microsoft Surface Laptop, and I have also purchased it for my two daughters who are College students and they love them too. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great and reliable and long-lasting laptop.

So far has been a great laptop for all of my general usage. (Microsoft office, email, internet, Trainerroad, etc). I know there are still apps working on support but I have not experienced any of these issue personally. Not a gamer. Everything has been incredibly smooth from setting up the PC through my month of usage. Last laptop was a M3 Macbook Pro. Highly recommend!

So its great MS is pushing ARM64 more as the battery life is much better (to bad they didn't stick with Nvidia from SurfaceRT days). BUT the battery life is way worse than MacBook Air M3 in real world use cases. Also Win11 is sluggish compared to macOS in many ways, from opening file explorer app, to just scrolling pages in general. Also Mac keep better battery on sleep so you're left with more when you need to use computer again. Also almost no one is publishing to ARM64 still for some crazy reason while that is starting to change. That said, this computer is pretty good BUT you should never enable Copilot-Recall if you plan on using this.

Excellent product as usual. It's my third Microsoft Surface Pro or Laptop, never disappointed with the quality of manufacture. It would be much better with an OLED version

This is by far the best investment in a new laptop (replacing my old Surface Book 3). It has all the essentials and more. Fast, efficient, and doable. Great product for the price point.

This system is fast, light and has all the tools we need.

After using this a couple months, I can say that this is a great machine. Fast, great graphics, easy to navigate.

My new Surface laptop is clearly next generation. I owned an original Surface and it was great but the new one is faster with longer battery life. The Copilot is an awesome addition. I would strongly recommend. Ezra and Doug assisted with purchase and set up. Outstanding customer service. Very satisfied customer.

First of all, I am not good with computers. This laptop and the whole team at Best Buy, has made this an easy transition. The laptop is very fast and I'm sure I will never use most of the many options.
