This laptop is one of the best for college students in my opinion. It runs really well with multiple tabs and programs running at the same time with little to no slow downs. The screen quality is perfect with how bright and vibrant it is. I have no problem with its battery life as it gets me through multiple days of school without the need to charge.

I picked this up last Friday and I love it. I have used Macbooks the past18 years and I'm not looking back. Screen is great, I love the facial recognition login, zero bloatware, boots up very fast, and amazing battery. I have used this a couple hours a day the past week and am currently on 38% after charging to full the day I got it. I have used the Copilot+ features a few times and they are fun. No issues and I'm beyond happy with this purchase.

The battery life and performance on the new X Elite chips is too good to pass up. If you’re looking for a new laptop ARM is the go-to. And if you’re looking for a windows laptop this certainly won’t disappoint.

Getting a new laptop is incredibly stressful for me--I worry about my apps not installing correctly, losing data, etc. But this time, setup was insanely smooth and easy. Everything about the machine itself feels very well designed and surprisingly pleasurable to use. Highly recommended!

I shopped extensively before purchasing this laptop, and it has really paid off. Battery life was my number one reason for choosing a Snapdragon based laptop. I chose the Surface because the keyboard is backlit, the screen is gorgeous, and the build quality is top notch. Being on-call means I could have to pull this out anywhere, and I no longer have the severe battery anxiety I had with my old laptop with its maximum 2.5hr battery. Backlit keyboard helps a lot when its dark, as I don't use the laptop a lot and am not used to the keyboard. This is an extremely solid business laptop!

Monitor works awesome and speed is incredible. Mouse keypod is also soft and easy to control!

This is my 3rd Surface - wanted one w/a bigger screen than my previous ones. Great product for me, I'm able to use it @ home on our home network & travel seamlessly when we're on the road. Great product.

I like the laptop very much - lightweight and sturdy so good for travel. Also, very easy to set up and utilize. The watch out is more on customer service for Best Buy - I bought this and they didn't have it in the store so it was mailed to me. Turns out it was sold by "Best Buy Marketplace". I had no idea. So when I went to price match (paid the extra $40 to be able to price match for 60 days) and saw it was sold cheaper on Best Buy marketplace the next week, they wouldn't match the lower price. I also worry about Best Buy honoring the warranty since it was sold by Best Buy Marketplace. So ask the question - is this sold by Best Buy or Best Buy Marketplace. Seems like they should be more transparent.

I have been looking to upgrade my laptop for a while, and the Copilot has been well worth the wait. I love its sleek design and touchscreen abilities. It works with incredible speed and does everything I need it to.

Laptop itself is great. Remember, if you already have a microsoft account and they go to sell it to you at the store do not buy it. You can have 5 devices which was on me cause I asked and the guy said yea you could switch it but you would lose it on the last device. Also, if you have rocket money you can get them to reduce the price of your personal account, 69.99 for me. Also, if you are a vet or AD buy from your post exchange. I could have gotten this laptop for around 600 dollars and best buy will not price match. I bought the 32gb 1TB for 100 dollars less than bestbuys promotional and it was brand new not their out of stock repackaged version they are selling online. Finally as a side note it is disappointing that corporations are hiring people who know little to nothing about the section they are in. I went to get a new laptop for my wife and asked about the surfaces and what the guy thought about them. He pulled out his phone scanned the qr code and read the reviews. I can do that I want someone who is in the know in all the brands who could provide that feedback on those laptops that meet my needs. There was a day in the circuit city days that if you asked someone in a section they knew and could sell you on different brands a shame.

I’ve been using the Microsoft Surface Laptop (Copilot+ PC) 15" with Snapdragon X Elite for a bit now, and it’s easily one of the most polished Windows laptops I’ve owned. The 15-inch touchscreen is bright and sharp, with great contrast and really responsive touch—perfect for browsing, note-taking, and quick edits without feeling gimmicky. Performance is the standout. Everything feels instant: wake-from-sleep, app launches, multitasking with lots of tabs, Office apps, Teams/Zoom, and even heavier workflows all stay smooth. The laptop also stays cool and quiet, which I didn’t realize I missed until I had it again. Battery life has been excellent for my day-to-day use, and it’s become a true “grab it and go” machine. Build quality is premium (the black finish looks clean and professional), and the keyboard/trackpad are top-tier—comfortable for long typing sessions with a trackpad that’s precise and satisfying. Pros: premium design, great display + touch, fast everyday performance, quiet/cool operation, strong battery Note: like any ARM-based PC, a few niche apps may not be fully optimized yet—but for mainstream work it’s been fantastic. If you want a modern Windows laptop that feels effortless, this one delivers.

I purchased this 3 months ago. This is just another example of Microsoft's quality work. It's fast, the screen is sharp and clear, and it is driving all my software without hesitation, including complex video editing.

This is an excellent laptop that suits the needs for every day use and for work. I use this laptop for running my business online and it is more than great and it’s very fast. I also work in the medical field where after to write reports in this laptop Meets my needs 100%. Even the quality of this laptop is top notch, especially the way it feels in your hands how sleek it is the light up keyboard and the touchscreen display. I’m definitely recommend this laptop to anyone looking to upgrade or just get a very good one.

Had it for about a year now and it works amazing, charged very fast, the battery lasted a long time. Got it for college but I was able to do some gaming with no issues. The big screen made watching movies and shows amazing.
