Perfect small laptop for managing my daily activities, budgeting and so forth.

this laptop is pretty slow with not a ton of storage. when i first got it it was glitching and i had to call to get help with actually getting into the laptop. it will get the job done but i wouldn’t recommend it unless you plan on using it lightly, ie not 7 hrs a day. i wouldn’t use it for downloading photo/video editing apps etc. the battery life is not great either

Very lightweight! I needed this computer because my old computer stopped working. I mainly needed it for Zoom meetings and basic web browsing. The fan buzz can be a little loud when it's charging and simultaneously running apps. It has a MacBook feel. We switched out of S mode for Zoom to download and noticed that Chrome could lag a bit. Other than that, the video quality is good and it's a great value laptop.

Small and easy to use. Very practical, this is my travel laptop.

This laptop was bought for my daughter for school work. She has previously had tow Surface Pro's in the last two years and both Surface Pro's the camera crashed and one of the surface pro;s was replace by Microsoft for free because it was under warranty. The surface pro they sent me, the camera also crashed 7 months later. Now we have the laptop go and are hoping it will last longer than 7 months. So far my daughter has had no issues with it. We bought the laptop on sale for $399.00 and she has had it since March 8, 2022. Here's hoping it last longer than the first two.

The product is amazing to use. User friendly and fun.

An excellent screen matched with an I5 processor in a small form factor won me over. I use it to trade stocks using my phone as a hotspot. The results are satisfying. For school it is enough even when using Zoom. Audio is strong. I would recommend this laptop. It does a lot of things right.

I purchased my MS Surface Go Laptop and I LOVE IT! It is exactly what I wanted & suits my needs to a T! It is a compact, lightweight, mid-range(processor) laptop for home office & personal use! I would definitely recommend to anyone! And budget friendly!

Perfect size, fast, travel size, and applications are helpful.

My wife uses it fir school. It works fine fir what she needs. The S mode vs Windows 10 mode is confusing a little. Recommend reading up on it before purchasing. The laptop is small and lightweight, and screen is nice.

I opted for this instead of a MacBook like my wife, daughter and son and personally I think I made a great choice. The battery life is excellent the computer is very light weight and the screen quality is fabulous. The touch screen is a great option to have available.

I really like the design of the laptop. I have been using this for few months, no issues, and it's a touch screen. Good resolution for watching movies.

This is my 2nd surface produce. I bought this for traveling. It is light, fast and great for surfing. I bought the smaller 64GB Surface because I use USB drives when traveling and transferring to my main PC. It's light, looks great!

I use my laptop for everything. I am so glad I decided to go with Surface Go as it was my first option j. Now my kid going to college wants to get her own.

This was my first laptop purchase. Its a good size and easy to follow setup directions. The touch screen is a nice feature. The screen has good color. Speakers have a clear sound. I had my first live seminar on it and it worked well. I looked forward to using it for my home office.

Great little computer. However the only reason it got 4 stars instead of 5 is that it comes in S mode. This means that you can only add apps that are in the Microsoft Store. I use a lot of astronomy and science apps, none of which are in the MS store. I eventually found out a way to turn off the S mode and can know download any app I want.

Good laptop to do what i want. Small, mobil for trips and great screen Only complaint is Microsoft makes it hard to covert to Google Chrome as they keep insisting on using Microsoft Edge.
