My sons computer was dying, again. He did his research and found that this would be the best product for him. He said it was easy to set up and so far, he loves it. It appeared to have a keyboard, but that wasn't included so he had to buy one separately. Very expensive product so it hope it performs as well as expected for a long while!

Actually I don't know how to rate this! It is a gift for my wife wrapped under the tree. She has wanted a surface pro for a long time and just couldn't bring herself to spend the money (they are pricey). I decided to bet the farm and get her a nice one for Christmas, AND HOPE! Best Buy was very helpful with my purchase!

First off I'm biased since I've been using apple computers for about a decade and my company forced me to windows. I liked the idea of a mutli-use laptop that could travel, be a tablet, disconnect the keyboard, and all of that fun stuff but in the end I felt like this just fell short in so many places. 1. The keyboard has a lot of flex so and is loud if you are trying to do any sort of major typing. 2. The kickstand works great if you are in an office at a desk but what happens if you are at the airport and want to support it on your lap? Or a tiny little armchair table? Since the keyboard and kickstand all must have support underneath the required footprint from the device is actually fairly large and annoying in some traveling situations. 3. I bought the top spec model to try and run what I had been running on my Mac and this did disappoint. Try running 2 4k monitors through the surface doc (which says it should be able to do)... can't do it. External monitor's are a joke with a surface. Need more than one usb at a time? Dongle. Want screen realestate? Sorry, huge bezels. Want usb C? Sorry. Want Thunderbolt? Sorry. After a year of use it was blue screening like crazy, crashing all the time to the point that I did a complete wipe and reinstalled the operating system... and then gave it to a coworker to deal with. Oh yeah, and the black finish is like you spray painted your car. Its not anodized aluminum. No, its just paint, that chips very easily, that shows a white primer underneath, that just makes the device look cheap.

I use this for business and it has never let me down. Excellent computer, excellent pad with fingerprint id however you will need to buy a separate mouse or the one on the pad will drive you crazy. The pen is great for presentations, which is mainly what I use this for.

I needed a more portable solution for my vinyl and sublimation designing and this fit the bill perfectly. I find it very easy to do the things I need to do. Getting the programs set up just right takes a bit on the smaller screen but well worth it.

First off, this surface pro is blazing fast! Next, it compliments small businesses with the one drive cloud and projecting reports, websites, word docs, pdfs, etc. on the smart TV. Highly recommended over nickel and diming buy buying some other tablet.

I got the Surface Pro 6 as an upgrade from my Surface Pro 3. It is easy to set up, lightweight and I was able to use my keyboard from the Pro 3 on the Pro 6. It is as described and my favorite laptop, especially for travel, so far.

I have always been a desktop user but wanted something more portable. I bought the surface and love having it bring with me anywhere. I miss some of the app features I have on my Ipad but even so I am glad I made the switch.

Have used Microsoft products for over 10 years. This is the 3rd surface I have purchased and the storage available is beyond what I needed but felt it was a better deal especially in the package deal.

The Surface Pro 2 is a great 2-in-1. I can check email and browse the web with the optional keyboard attached, using it like a regular laptop, then pop the keyboard off and use it as a (somewhat large) tablet for reading.

Amazing product, it's so light weight that I can carry it easily. Sadly I have to by the Pen & Keyboard separately, but not a bad product at all! Hands down best PC I have ever had.

Amazing product and I absolutely love it. Only cons are; I wish it had a better graphics card, but understand why it doesn't. VERY expensive, but you get what you pay for in quality and the best 2 in 1 laptop.

Love the surface computer. So easy to use for work when your job is fast paced and requires computing on the go! Ability to grab and go as a tablet makes it the best option for work and/or personal use!

I can not believe how much easier this tablet is to utilize daily. My chrome pixelbook was not utilized due to its lack of windows operation system. This is much easier and user friendly!

Excellent configuration and product,, wish they have edge to edge screen like surface x, but overall very happy with performance.

Given as a gift to replace a broken one. Outstanding device, love the new all black look. Very happy with purchase and the end user is very happy as well. Oh and it was on sale.. Jackpot!

the surface pro is a great tool on the go giving the user the benefit of having a tablet for easier interaction and with the use of the type cover keyboard a laptop feel for productivity
