My 2nd surface pro. If you rely on Microsoft365, onedrive, onenote, high quality video for meeting/interview, and a top-notch monitor for entertainment use, that 12inch sp will be your dream product. Best product for business trip/conference.

After trying out a Lenovo Yoga for dual use case of tablet for taking notes with stylus and use as a laptop, ended up switching to this device. Much better than the other for my style of note taking. Was skeptical of the Snapdragon processor being able to handle specific software needed for coursework but all has gone well. The Lenovo had an impressive display but this one is fine too.

Screen is small, adapter needed to be purchased to connect to outlet, didn't like easel stand, power connection on top side of screen is awkward, no portal to plug in a mouse.

Wife needed something portable for her crafting and shirt making! This 100% fit the bill. Tablet mode makes it where she can be productive in the car too! Works well with a usb hub for peripherals too.

Been loving this laptop since I got it. The only thing I wish was that there was a USB c connector on the opposite side so there's one on each side. Other than that, been loving it.

upgraded from my surface pro 7 that i've had for years to this Surface pro 12. Glad i made the switch. Its Perfect blend of portability, performance, value, for work and personal use.

As a long time surface pro fan, this is my second device of this kind as it was time for an upgrade. Microsoft truly has done it again with this version. The operating system is great for work, fast, efficient, and effective. I love the ability to use it as a tablet with a stylus to take on the go notes, and overall I'm very happy with my device. Shipping was prompt, and the cost was well worth it. (Though I did shop on Black Friday). Highly recommend this device!

My 4th Surface Pro. All have this great Keyboard. If you have a Surface Pro, you need this.

If you aren’t looking for a powerhouse this makes perfect sense. Portable and I connect it to two monitors when I need more screen. Does everything I need it to.

Works great, just what I needed. Battery lasts me like 3 days because I don't use it a lot.

With the migration to Snapdragon processors i am just not impressed with the performance, sitting next to an AMD Ryzen 7 and an Intel i5 (13th generation), it still lags behind in overall performance. Storage is performant, recalling items is snappy, but opening browsers, installing updates, or manuevering through Microsoft Office is still not as performant as the non-ARM based counterparts. It is not a BAD device, it was just underwhelming for the hype, and for the price. MSRP of $800+, I had expected more.

Love the MS Surface, fits very easily into any backpack and it is a very powerful machine!
