Nice surface pro, long battery life and fast, Its my favorite device!

super light weight and cute. you can easily go from tablet to laptop. the keyboard self charges with the tablet no need for an extra cable.

Amazing computer. It is perfect for traveling and for school, it has a nice slim design and don’t let that fool you because this thing can do it all.

I was really excited about the Surface Pro Copilot+ PC (11th Edition) the design is sleek, the performance is great, and the battery life is impressive. However, I bought it for work as a graphic designer, and unfortunately, most Adobe apps aren’t available as full versions on this device due to its Snapdragon processor. This was a dealbreaker for me, as I rely on Adobe’s full suite for my work, so I had to return it.

Have used multiple Surface Pros (including the RT version) over the years & consider them to be the best Tablet/Laptop format for Windows. The Surface Pro with the Snapdragon chip in no exception. It equals or beats all the former Surface Pros in performance. However, I offer on caution, be expected to run into minor problems with hardware or software. The only problem I have encountered is an Epson printer several years old that can print up to 13" by 19". No software or drivers available at this time for it. I choose the X Plus with the non OLED display & am not disappointed. Comparing it to my M4 iPad & Galaxy S9+, the display on the X Plus Surface holds it on.

Very nice product, light weight and portable. My only draw-back thus far, is the entire system price (computer + keyboard + pen was quite expensive, for my preference). A better system laptop was less expensive, however the lighter weight and convertible 2-in-1 is what swayed me for this purchase compared to the laptop.

Love so far, screen is absolutely gorgeous, speakers sound great and get super loud! Working perfectly as my replacement for a tablet and computer as all in one!

This is a productivity beast. If you are thinking about getting this for school, go ahead and open your wallet. This has been amazing for my college classes, working quickly and efficiently. I was initially worried about the little storage, but i haven’t run into any issues yet. Using this with the keyboard and stylus makes it perfect for my uses. Instead of getting a macbook + ipad + apple pencil combo, this has literally saved me. Only issue is trying to see the screen in direct sunlight, but that’s easily resolved by putting the brightness up.

I absolutely love this Surface Pro! The Sapphire color looks amazing, and the device is very versatile. I upgraded from the previous model, which still works perfectly, and I haven’t experienced any issues with this one. I really appreciate that I can attach a keyboard or use it as a tablet, making it perfect for both work and personal use. I travel with it often, and it performs flawlessly. I even gave one as a gift during Christmas, and the recipient loved it. Highly recommend!

Great product. Exactly what you need for a portable PC. Quick to load, screen looks amazing. It’s a pretty fast computer for the typical day to day use (emails, MS word/excel, internet and network troubleshooting. Face unlock is very convenient but will sometimes glitch and fail to function. Touchscreen is responsive and useful. Does not heat up like my old HP but does get hotter than a MacBook. Charger cable end is a bit wonky. It doesn’t connect as easily as a MacBook connector, wish it was just a USB C charger. Copilot is a helpful feature. It’s a good looking device. Battery life could be better but I do have it configured for performance. Won’t last a whole day.

Excellent product, easy to use, the snapdragon software is definitely a faster processor. Still getting around it, will make further updates soon

Great computer. Its compact and significantly better than many other laptops PCs out there in the market. I also bought the keyboard and mouse, and they make a valuable add to the product. So far the computer has been holding up its quality and new windows is simplier and faster to use.

Keyboard continue to unpair with teh laptop and can power on and refuse to turn off and get hot

While the product in question is excellent, I am greatly distressed by the many delays in receiving it. I am still furious over the many calls I had to make. I don't know if I can have confidence in Best Buy's ability to deliver a product in a reliable and prompt manner.

Works great. I would not buy this for gaming, no gpu. but for everything else I like the hybrid of laptop/tablet. Good for travel. If it comes with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate 1 Month Membership, know this is only for New users, which is unusable garbage to me. So, it lost a start for that.
