Fast, gorgeous, and the AI features are really helpful. I use it for college and it had been very good for me.

Got me thru my last year in design school, got recommended by 2 people and I am glad I bought it, even though I should’ve bought a gaming computer, it lasted longer than other computers

I enjoy this laptop, it gives me all the features of a full sized laptop in the form factor of a tablet. As far as software is concerned, it does what I need it to do. I have a full suite of Windows Office apps for productivity. Though I'm not really a fan of the updates to Outlook. I do wish there were better 3rd party applications for social media, and streaming etc. The OS is snappy and responsive.
Display is really crisp, no issues that I can tell. Likely their best model yet.

Love the quality of the computer. The vivid sharp clear images on screen are fabulous.
The foldable stand allows for the computer to be used with ease in various places. I recommend the surface pro 11 to be considered if in the market for a new purchase.

I wanted to love this. Love the form factor and compactness of the device. A little awkward with the key board holding on your lap or small areas.
I had issues with loading software and errors. Updated all drivers and discovered I guess with the Microsoft ARM not everything on a normal laptop will work.
The screen and pen were nice but overall it ended up being more of a hassle than making things easier.

I owned a Surface Pro 4 for 9 years and while I had some issues with it from time to time, not being a tech-oriented person, as I have my Best Buy membership, I had Geek Squad assistance when necessary - so it all worked out well. When I was shopping for a replacement, I was never advised that the newest Surface Pro's ARM processor causes a major issue when it comes to compatibility with other devices (in my case, printers - and not just mine, as I discovered upon deep research). I bought a Canon PIXMA TS-6420a printer/scanner and, to make a weeks-long story short, nothing that anyone could do will make it scan - and only by the sheer luck of getting someone at Canon's support who persisted and came up with a workaround am I able to print. After numerous Geek Squad sessions, two wasted trips to see them in person, untold days of research, help from a tech expert in my family, and so much frustration that no one - neither Microsoft nor Best Buy - advises customers of this compatibility issue, I called Microsoft Surface support, only to be told the same thing that store Geek Squad staff said.. "Get a different laptop!" Even Microsoft can't guarantee that any particular printer will be compatible with this device. So unless you are really comfortable messing around with your laptop's tech and/or don't need to connect your laptop to any other devices, my advice is to purchase something else with an Intel processor. Yes, this is a nice laptop otherwise, but I've been to you-know-where and back and still can't scan - so I have only half of the functionality of my printer/scanner. At this point, I'm so discouraged and disappointed with the lack of advice I received when shopping online, with the conflicting information I did receive post-purchase, and with Microsoft's refusal to forewarn the public and/or find a way to fix this issue that I no longer trust anything I read or hear with regard to tech and don't even have the energy to look for something else.

I have always been using surface pro for the past 5 years. Needless to say this latest model is also a super power. Quick start, good battery life, Inbuilt OS and ease of use with a good storage it is one of the best choice I have made again.

I absolutely love my Microsoft Surface tablet! It’s powerful and performs just like a full computer, yet it’s so lightweight and easy to carry. The portability doesn’t compromise performance—it feels like having a full laptop or desktop in a sleek tablet form. I’ve always loved Microsoft products, and the new Copilot feature makes everything even more efficient and fun to use. Highly recommend!

I bought this Microsoft Surface Pro as a gift and it was very well received. The design is sleek, the screen looks great, and it feels fast and responsive. It’s lightweight, powerful, and perfect for everyday use. An excellent gift and a great device overall.

I love my new device!!. It's fast, it's so pretty in the blue. I named it BlueBayou. Beautiful clear picture/display when watching movies and videos. The sound is AMAZING! The bluetooth keyboard is great as well! Very satisfied with my purchase overall.

After researching options, I purchased this. Love the native Windows interface and it's speed and utility. My area of discontent is that Windows Subsystem for Android does not work; my understanding is that it is no longer supported. Bad decision by Microsoft. Gating Android apps reduces the usefullness of the device.

I’ve used this for graduate school for about a month now. It works great and is very capable. Runs all of my statistical software with ease! I also love how I can detach the keyboard and use it as a tablet. It makes reading much more comfortable!

Over all nice: The system is fast, and easy to use system. Extremely portable. My only ‘mild’ concern was the over price (price of computer + keyboard + pen)

Had this for about a week now. After shutting off all the AI extras, this thing runs fantastic. Without shutting off the AI stuff, the memory liked to sit around 90-95% (16GB Ram total) used and the system would have occasional complete hang-ups likely due to trying to use a large part of the page file.

I love my computer, its so light to take around and I have mine in a pelican case to carry around because I dont want to damage the screen or the keyboard but its a good computer. Does alot even working on some CAD ideas for 3D printing. Wouldnt trade it for anything else.
