Returned Due to Incompatibility, Keyboard, & Cost

For the price, some flaws caused me to return it: 1) the pen storage keyboard (separate item) covered the bottom of the screen affecting Excel and some things at the bottom of the taskbar; 2) the Snapdragon Elite caused some temporary delays/locking in some apps running in compatibility (especially Adobe Acrobat with graphic pages). Battery life wasn't quite what was claimed. Got a Zenbook 14 OLED instead for less and without the issues.

But interface needs to be improved it does not look like a tablet rather it looks like full computer. Even though I like its capability of using desk top apps. But it defeat the purpose of the utility which a tablet can provide.

My pondering just so happened to time out with the release of this new Surface Pro and I'm so happy I went with it. This device gives me the Windows experience I was looking for in whichever form factor I need.

It has every capability that I would want, but it’s also very easy to use. The graphics are amazing. I love Copilot. I think this was a great decision and worth every penny.

The graphics are good and the sound does get pretty loud. I’m not really tech savvy but I did do research on laptops and found that this was the best one and worth the price. I have to say so far it has lived up to the hype.

Its so fast.... and battery life like you wouldn't believe!! I miss the SD slot my old surface had.... but all in all it is an upgrade.
