This replaces my 8 year old surface pro. It's wonderful to have all the updates and I love the sleek black. My old one was silver. Got the super soft alcaterra keyboard. Love it! Two days after I bought it I got a $250 price adjustment too!

Excellent machine. As a writer, I love the ability to go into tablet mode. This device is not cheap, but if you have a specific use for it, including as a content creator, it's well worth it. I use it everyday and love it. As a creative, you should pair it with the flex keyboard and pen. The colors are gorgeous, especially sapphire and dune, and the OLED display is beautiful.

At first, I underestimated it when I saw how slim it was and assumed it was extremely fragile. However, after regular usage, I recognized that I simply needed to treat it with care, and not like a thin piece of glass. My only complaint is that the keyboard sold separately wouldn't reconnect after it restarts sometimes.

I travel almost everyweek for work and this surface pro goes everywhere with me. It has never let me down or gotten any damage from going through varuous airports. The screen is incredible and the speed of the snap dragob processor is awesome. Highly recommended.

Overall, it's an OK product. Having only USB-C ports is not an ideal setup for things that need USB connections instead of BT or Wi-Fi and the $199 cost of the USB4 Dock is kind of ridiculous considering the cost of the machine already. Pros are the ability to use the(not included) Type cover without it having to be attached as is the case with most of the Surface devices.

I have been enjoying using my new Surface Pro it works as good as my old Surface Pro 4 that I am replacing. I wanted to get more ram and hard drive space and with Windows no longer sending updates it gave me a reason to finally replace the 4.

I had the Lenovo Copilot PC (awesome screen, but no pen support and I don't like that widescreen aspect ratio) so had to spend MORE for a smaller screen and no keyboard on the Surface Pro 11 OLED. This is my 6th Surface device, so I know them well.
I'm giving this one 4 stars for two reasons
1) It's really expensive for what it is. And the rip off (physically and financial) new keyboard is insane. That combined with this makes it a $2000 laptop with 13 inch screen which is just crazy money. The $999 entry level model is probably fine for 90% of users but I do a lot of photography so wanted the extra colors and contrast of OLED.
2) The fans run on this a lot. For no reason - the CPU usage can be at 5% and the fans are running. I'm sure there's a middleware update Microsoft can issue to stop it firing up so often but I think they may have pushed too much CPU with this Elite inside this slim chassis and not left enough space for venting it. The Surface Laptop and Lenovo probably don't have the same issue.
Other things are what you expect from surface - great writing experience, 120HZ refresh is awesome, front camera is amazing - have had comments on zoom calls it looks like a DSLR connected.
