Fastest and most usable surface yet
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This version of the surface is by far my favorite out of the many I've owned. I've had just about every generation since 2 and the copilot+pc version using the snapdragon processor is lightning fast. I issue this to all my field employees and will be purchasing many more in the coming months.

Its okay
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its fast and it works pretty well but its completely locked me out of the system and it will mot let me log back into it. Adding files should be easy but it also decides when it wants to work on wifi. I bought it for working on blueprints and was told it was a good tablet honestly its been one thing after another. I wouldnt get one for feild work. If youre lookimg for an around the house or office tablet its decent but for 1200 i expected more.

Poor product knowledge, calls divert to India
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer works great but they don't sell a model that comes with LtE. If you call Best Buy customer service which is based in India they will tell you it has LTE. I've spent about 20 hours calling Best Buy then calling Verizon then calling Microsoft. Best Buy India keeps saying it has 5g lte internally. But Microsoft said they haven't made a surface 11 with lte yet. Best Buy has the worst customer service, they don't know the answers and you are dealing with people that are on the other side of the globe. There's not way to connect to an associate on the floor in a store, all calls go to India and they cannot properly answer your needs. I tried calling corporate in Mn and all those calls are diverted to India. I will never make another purchase at Best Buy ever again because the customer service is horrible. I will Make sure everyone I know is aware of how hard it is to do business with Best Buy, I'm also going to write reviews and spread the word online. I hope that Best Buy is replaced with a better store that serves its customers needs

Nice Tablet
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The tablet itself is nice, works well, connects nicely to peripherals and has just enough compute power for its purpose. Battery life is amazing! The screen and sound are impressive. Not the tablets fault but - I am also an Apple person and prefer a little more connectivity there. In addition - there are just some key apps that cannot be installed so prefer if it were more extensible from an app perspective

Best Computer/Tablet
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've been using the Surface Pro 11 for a few weeks now, and it's been a game-changer! It's super lightweight and easy to carry around, so I can take it anywhere. The battery life is impressive too—I can go all day without needing to charge. Plus, the new keyboard cover is a big improvement over previous models. Very durable as well considering I had a weird week where I somehow unintentionally dropped it, although it looked like i threw it. This happened 3 times. No damage or noticeable issues. Overall, it's a fantastic device that makes working and playing on the go a breeze.

Review of Microsoft surface pro
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Microsoft Surface Pro Copilot+ PC (11th Edition) is a fantastic device. The Snapdragon X Plus processor and 16GB of memory ensure smooth performance, even with demanding tasks. The 13” display is vibrant and sharp, and the platinum finish gives it a sleek, professional look. It's lightweight and portable, with a detachable keyboard and kickstand for versatility. The battery life is impressive, lasting all day, and the fast-charging feature is a bonus. The Windows 11 OS runs flawlessly, and the touch screen and stylus are perfect for productivity and creativity. With a 256GB SSD, there's plenty of storage for all your needs. Overall, this device excels in performance, design, portability, and battery life. Highly recommended!

The Surface pro I've been waiting for.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Fantastic device.. Coming from an earlier surface device, battery life is like night and day. This is the surface they should've come out with long ago. I went with the base model (Snapdragon X Plus) instead of the Elite as i don't game and OLED will do very little for me. I can say the Screen looks great, no dead pixels, very bright on default setting and overall very responsive. I did do my own upgrade from the base 256GB SSD to a 1TB model and it works great.. only cost me 95.00 dollars. As far as software, everything I've installed works just fine. Looks like the emulation they use is working well. Software shows no lag or discernible slowness. For the base price of 999.00 and the 95.00 dollar investment for the 1TB drive, this thing is a bargain.

Worth it!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a very nice windows tablet, light weight, and highly functional. I have not had any compatibility issues as of yet. The touch screen is the best I have ever experienced, and writing with the pen is so smooth...so satisfying. Like writing on a whiteboard. I use it for personal and work, the ability to write out notes and have them translated to text is pretty genius too. The speed of the processor is so smooth as well. Minimal glitches that resolve quickly by disconnecting from the keyboard and reconnecting (keyboard and pen not included) Cons: Price- cost of device and accessories- but worth it, I got the geek squad protection because I plan to get the most use out of it Outlets-no usb port Charger- very unique DC charger, I am sure it is expensive to replace.

A Great Upgrade
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just bought this to replace my surface pro 7 as I was reaching the end of my rope with the 4gb or ram on that model. While I initially had reservations about the move to snapdragon, thus far I haven't run into any issues. The surface is snappy and the base 16gb allow for an ease in multitasking that I haven't had in a long time. So for me this was a major upgrade. The screen is very clear and the touch screen seems far better than on my surface 7. I do think the position of the charging cable on the center right is a bit awkward ( they could have kept the usb on the right and moved power to the left but that is just a nitpick). Over all it's been great and a massive upgrade if you are coming from a 7 or older.

Powerful laptop with elegant design
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It’s just the sweet spot for a handheld full fledged windows laptop. It’s lightweight and extremely powerful with elegant design. I also purchased the Microsoft keyboard without which it might not work to its best potential. My only complaint is that this keyboard which in my opinion is not optional is an expensive accessory. The copilot integration is really good although not stellar. It works only when used in combination of Microsoft office suite of products and for now is mostly all text based.
