Too many changes for some users - Windows 10, Office 365, and very small. We've had resolution issues moving items from the Surface to the Monitor. It definitely has the Cool Factor though! We'll be buying more for our sales folks.

Impressed, fast, versatile. Great clean design, high functionality, and tech support.

We previously were using iPads for our employees to access several cloud based programs while on the road. The iPads stopped being functional with the greater demand for additional information while onsite. The LTE Surface Pro is a wonderful replacement. with the keyboard the ability to enter additional information became easier and more efficient.

I love my Surface Pro LTE! It is the best computer (laptop OR desktop) I've ever owned. It's expensive, no question about it, especially after purchasing some 'extras' that I think are reall necessities for me, e.g., keyboard (type cover), pen, docking station. I can't say enough good things about this Surface Pro. I am very glad I purchased it.

This computer was purchased to replace the Apple Ipads that we use at our office. The apples would not show information needed on edited documents, but these show everything we need and are very easy to work on. Much better purchase than apple.

This is awesome tablet + laptop. Has all the features of a laptop with ease of use of a tablet.

I travel with this computer and it works great with different sim cards for different countries

Surfaces are already a great product. I'm glad that Microsoft finally came around with LTE service so I am connected anywhere I go.

Using this Microsoft surface pro LTE with at&t works great

The only problem i find is the conect LTE to the int e rnet whit sprint, they don't want to conect. So know i have to use my hot spot for internet sad.

Great for a mobile computing solution. I use it to run the Microsoft Office products.

I haven't done a whole lot with it, but I enjoy the speed and reactivity of it.

I invested in this laptop because I would be traveling all over the world and working a lot from this device, so I did not want a laptop that would cause me issues. The device had major screen issues within a few months to the point where you could not work with it. I had to return to the United States from Colombia in order to have it analyzed to see if it was covered under the warranty. They ended up replacing this device. I then moved to New Zealand where within a few months the touchscreen started failing and the battery no longer holds a charge. Not only that, but the computer freezes frequently. Microsoft Support was very difficult to work with and would not honor the warranty even though this device failed within one year, it has now been past 1 year of the purchase of the original device. They said that I can have a replacement for $600. You would do yourself a favor and purchase a much cheaper computer and should expect to have less problems.

Motherboard died about 2 weeks after year was up for warranty. I was only offered refurb for $500. Nobody will work on them as they are almost impossible to fix. Battery life 9 hours? Try 2.5 to 3 at best. Would never buy another surface.

Went to Best Buy to get an iPad. We let a Microsoft guy talk us into the surface pro. Right from the start it had problems. They go into sleep mode and will not wake up. Best Buy knows this and they keep selling them. Best Buy will not fix/ work on them. Best Buy will not refund/ return them. We were within the refund time frame. We purchased the geek warranty protection, everything. Best Buy pushes you off to go to the Microsoft store. The Microsoft store gave us an option for a new one that we did not want any part of or store credit. I was stuck with store credit. Remember we wanted an iPad? Ya, we had to get another Microsoft product we did not want. Microsoft knows they have a problem with these surface pro’s but just keep selling them. Don’t buy one. You will regret it big time.

I bought one and it broke in 8 months before I even paid it off. No one could fix it. I loved it! So I bought another. It broke, went orange screen then never to turn on again within a year. One week after paying it off. I tried to have them fixed and return to MSFT, I finally had to pay someone to dispose of them. NFL hates them. I watched a coach throw his on the ground-I could relate.
