This has been a great add on to our home. Integrating it into the smart home hub was easy.

installing the lock took about 30 minutes, but then hit a wall on getting the other pieces set up.

This is a good electronic door lock. I am mainly disappointed in my inability to get it integrated into my Amazon Alexa group. So that means I can't check the lock remotely, or open or close it remotely. It still serves its purposed as a lock, and for the price, I am not complaining, I just wish it was more functional.

Manual book doesn’t show enough information to installation. At last Phone App doesn’t work to pair. Really I’m tired.

First smart lock I have purchased and it is a fantastic product. Install took about 15 minutes. Working with Alexa was 'neat' for the first few days but I really don't use the feature much anymore. It automatically locks when I come inside of home, no more fiddling with keys or forgetting to lock my door! The best part is the ability to send virtual keys to visitors. More times than i can count we had visitors coming from the airport while we were at work, just dropped them a key and they can get in. No need to hide a spare somewhere. The widget for iPhone is very simple and easy to use when you need to manually lock/unlock. Overall a great product and works as advertised.

First of its kind purchase we’ve made. It’s been a good buy for us. Being physically disabled, I cannot lock & unlock the door “normally,“ and I needed to be able to do so for deliveries, friends who drop by, etc. I can operate the lock with my mobile device (iPhone), and so far it’s been great for me. I love it!
