I had surgery on my knee and needed to strengthen my leg. I am happy I purchased these. I use to ride my bike and build back my muscles in leg.

Can’t get any easier than this! Simple to wrap and strap. Gives you that extra weighted workout. Love using them tuning errands and walking the baby.
