Bought for Rexing M1 upon installing cable usb connection faces the wrong way blocking the rear camera connection. So you cannot use this power cable and rear camera together. Poor design or poor quality control. Does not speak well of Rexing.

The design is stupid. You cannot plug it in due to the included power cord covers the video plug (see pictures). Why would you design it this way? Useless!

Exactly what they advertise. Super easy to install, even comes with a fuse in the hot lead. I installed it in my roof cluster so I had far more cord than I needed, but it has worked perfectly for more than 3 months of daily use.

Works great. You may need a micro usb extension cable to reverse the direction of the plug if you use the Rexing M1. He won’t have to use your lighter socket.

Haven’t installed yet as I am still waiting on tags for my car...but this looks like a solid hardwire kit. Best Buy had a great price in it too. I’m using for a different brand dash cam, so I won’t have the rear cam output issues like others have indicated.

When I got a dash cam for granddaughter, I was told the best way to have the battery charge all the time was using a hardwire connector and I'm happy a fallow the sales person's advise.

Works as intended when hooked up to fuse box. The only issue is the power input into the dashcam itself faces into the reverse video line. Solved this by buying a micro usb cable and reattaching the power line down the wire.

Required kit for technician to use in installing the V1P PRO Dash Camera. All parts included that are required for this installation.

Doesn't work. The REXING won't recognize the parking monitor feature. Saw online where these cables from BB and amazon won't work properly. But if bought directly from REXING, it will. And it did. Just get the cable direct from REXING.

There is no problem with the product itself. The issue I had was with my M1 rexing cam. If I connect this, it blocks the connection for the rear camera. So you have to decide whether you want it hard wired with no rear camera, or keep the power connector it comes with and have the rear camera.

This DC adaptaer is a must buy! Just do it. You need it to record while the car is turned off and you are away. I never regretted buying it.

I bought the dash cam and needed and extra parts for the dash cam. It’s was like $18.00 for the part I needed.

Purchased this to hardware a Rexing M1 PRO dash cam - but unfortunately, you can't plug it in if you've got the rearview camera hooked up. This wouldn't really be a complaint hadn't the cable been recommended specifically to fit the M1 PRO by Rexing.

A must to keep wires from hanging all over the place. Installed at best but with no issues.

Item was needed for the dash camera. Very useful.

This was the wire harness to connect the dash cam to the power in the car so to not have to use the power port that we use to power other items. Geek Squad installed it for us as part of their install.

If you don’t like mess this is the perfect solution for your car. Anyone can install it ease setup and looks good not showing all the wires all over hanging. Great product and price.

This is so useless. Pretty much. I got it to go with the dash cam, one flaw, you can’t have the back up cam plugged in with this because of how it’s facing. Like…. BIGGEST design flaw
