Mr. Pernell and his partner worked very hard to get my camera's up. My DVR has the wrong time for the recordings and I have a couple of camera's needing to be repositioned.

Bad experience!!! They send installer’s twice and both of them dont know what to do. They will recommend you to buy supplies that is not useful and they never cme back to install. The third appointment nobody show up or call. Very disappointed

Geek squad ALWAYS does amazing work. Best buy geek squad is held to the highest of standards and you dont have to worry about some random John handyman.

Having something is better than Not having anything....When you are talking about SECURITY there should not be any failures. I have discovered just that with mine.

Gong show installs. I have ordered cameras and installation for my 7 offices locations and 2 months later and at least 6-8 no show appointments we are still not done. I love Best Buy and I purchase a lot from them but cameras and installs they have failed me.

The agents informed me that the original camera system I had bought was not the best for my needs. They recommended the Ring cameras and went to the store to pick up the needed cameras (store did not open until 11) and installed. Incredibly knowledgeable, personable, efficient and professional. Cameras work great - I'm very happy!

this cam is very nice haet sensors 4 k view i think it is the best cam in the house for the price ..very easy to set up and install.
It works, but newer systems by Lorex are available

The system is good, but there is not enough support. I was advised to look on youtube for guidance, but t have only found installation instructions, not operational.

The in home consultant claimed the wiring would be installed by an electrician. Initial installer was not an electrician. Secondly, I assisted the installer for 11 hours. Two men should have been dispatched. A second installation appointment was completed by an electrician 10 days later. Any future installations will be by my own personal electrician.
Thank you for taking the time to upload a review. We know that having security cameras installed is a big decision, so we appreciate that you choose us to set them up. That said, the experience you described doesn't sound like the one we meant to provide. You shouldn't have to wait around providing help for 11-hours, so it hurts us to hear that we didn't come to the job prepared. While we're happy that your cameras are now up and running, we're sorry that this set-up wasn't the stress-free appointment we intended. We hope you can give us another chance to provide the support you deserve going forward!
