Brandon and Jimmy did a very nice job installing the security system and TV. They desired to do a great installation on both and helped me understand the system enough to get started using it.

The agents installation of 4 of my cameras was very proffessional. I only wish i could of had the other 2 cameras installed for the same price

Better than I expected.. I'm so glad that I returned the Arlo pro 2 system... They are still sending me emails to update the software.I returned it almost a month ago.. it's like a bad marriage ?? Smh

They promise to do an install after looking at the location. Group that came out to install said that they couldn't drill through the particular wall. Just told another group would be coming out then I was ghosted for about 3 months until I went into store and had them return the install.

Agent did a great job. Installed cameras around the perimeter of the house and the cables are not visible at all.

They never came I’ve had this appointment for 2 1/2 months and they kept rescheduling everything week and the last week of the 2 1/2 months then told me to get wireless cameras cause they don’t wired but when buying cameras they said they do then they wanted to send a site survey and reschedule twice so I canceled and used cat5 to install cameras

The agent ran wires and didn't secure them. Have been waiting 3 weeks for them to return. Supervisor called told me they would come back out and try to fit me in since their best guy was out. Never heard back until I received an email for an appointment for a day that I had told him was not acceptable. Still waiting on them to show up

The installation guy came out each latter he used had change each wire had changed counting what paid at store the installation cost would have around $900 dollars rather than what paid at store $300was what I was told I just took the cameras back store this man was trying to take advantage of me geek squad has always been 100percentln the past

They never came out to install cameras. They rescheduled our appointment so many times we just gave up and told them to not worry about coming out to install we would do it on our own. Do not put on our account that your service was completed because it was not!!!! Would not recommend to anyone!!!

Geek squad did a really amazing job with the camera setup. Really recommend the cameras and the services.
