Worst service ever over a month 20 phone calls and 5 visits to their store and no able to get cameras installed

The person who came out didn’t even know how to install the cameras he came to install. Had no ladder or tools . And didn’t end up installing them it was a waste of everyone’s time and my money.

Horrible since they didn’t even do it. FYI won’t do anything over 10ft hi and won’t run more then 60ft wire per camera. Manager still hasn’t called me back.

I have used the Geek Squad before and they were good, for my cameras they contracted the job out and those individuals were the worst from the start and I sent them away and got my refund.

They set up install twice with all the correct info. First time went to wrong place and second time came out and said they could not do it after I told them exactly what need to be one at booking

Because the salesperson didn’t inform me everything I needed I didn’t get wired cameras installed and instead went to wireless. Plus it took over two weeks to get the refund

The cameras were tested and they worked fine. I believe the technician did not want to crawl around the attic to make it work. I am very disappointed and I still have not had my cameras connected.

hard to review when the project still isn't done and it's been a month contractor has canceled 3 times so far so we'll see.
