Terrible computer. I love samsung but this thing is such a massive failure I almost feel ripped off. The mouse pad didnt work right from the start. It would just stop responding after about 5 minutes of use. I should have returned it immediately, huge mistake. Freezes constantly, even when doing basically nothing. It can barely stream netflix. It gets so incredibly overheated it will burn your skin and this happens within minutes of turning it on. I cannot stress enough DO NOT BUY this computer. I think almost any computer would be better than this piece of crap.

Very nice laptop-chromebook, very light, compact and easy to use. Love the pen which is useful at times.

Ok lot of pros but do have some cons, So its a cromebook so it works like one which means the its the best cromebook you'll buy but it limited. No HDMI and you can't go on window or there programs. Other then that great

I absolutely love it, and use it every day. Great for a "living room" laptop when I don't need my real office computer. I did have to send it off to get repaired, but it was repaired for free and has been fine since.

i love this thing so far works great for on the go action and i can stream my games from the cloud with it and it auto connects to my mobile data when im not connected to wifi

Bought for my kid. Chromebooks are great, especially the Samsung ones. No complaints from my kid.

Many great features, beautifully presented, BUT it cannot be used on one's lap because it gets too hot! Very, very uncomfortable, not just unpleasantly warm. I've owned at least 20 laptops; this one exhibited the hottest temperature I have experienced on any of them. Bought it one day, rerurned it quickly. Very disappointing since I waited expectantly for a few months to order one.

The fastest laptop I've ever used. Very lightweight, easy to use. Very glad that I went with this model.

Recently retired, had gone the gamut - CPM, DOS 1.1 - 3.3, Win95 - 7, linux, OSX - but no longer needed to do much off the web. This give me plenty of capability on the web as well as linux access when I need a little more power.

I love everthing about this Chromebook. I was worried because it was an open box but it works perfectly

This computer is absolutely gorgeous! It's thin, light, and the screen is out of this world. But, the battery is awful!

Works and looks great for what I bought it for. I work as a teacher and we are starting online and love that the Chromebook integrates everything I need for school.
