I walked into the store and purchased this as an open box as a reasonable price. When I had it delivered I had to wait two weeks for my hardwood floors to be installed to connect the oven. After the floors were done, I proceeded to install this oven. It is a monster for weight. I first had someone connect the gas, then connected the electric. All four burners non stop were firing the ignitors. At the same time, I came to realize one of the knobs were broken on and just stuck back on. I ordered a new knob from ge parts online for $54.00. Then I called best buy for service. Stop 1. The tech arrived and performed initial evaluation and ordered a new wiring harness. Stop 2, install of the harness. The tech was very professional and installed the new harness, but when it was turned back on a lot of gas bled out and filled my house. It was believed to be a seal was not properly put back on. He reconnected. It was going to take a while to clear out of my house. So I told the tech I would test it out in an hour or so once I could smell again. I called back again for them to come back out. Stop 3. Determined a new knob / seal needed to be ordered. Stop 4. Install of parts, still did not remediate the issue. New parts were going to be ordered as a rush so it could be installed on 11/21. This was so I could cook Thanksgiving dinner for my family. I have hosted it for 16yrs. I get a text on 11/19 that service needed to be rescheduled. I call, earliest they can come is the day after Thanksgiving. So, now I miss Halloween at my House, ThanksGiving for my family. I subscribed to HelloFresh for 4 people over 5 weeks ago. Since I cannot cook nor cancel the subscription, I keep giving my hello fresh meals away every week. It is beyond disappointing to have my holidays ruined by this purchase.

Do not buy monogram. I bought the refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. All failed in the first two years and needed service. To boot GE service is a joke. Takes forever to get them out and when they finally show they have to order parts and come back weeks later. Save the frustration. These are the cheap GE appliances wrapped in stainless steel.

So far so good haven’t had this range long enough to make a judgement yet. Love the chucky look and so far it is workinggreat the oven temp works quickly. I do really like the oven racks they are on gliders which pull out really easy.I love the slide in range because it looks more like a built in.This range has a very large oven which I really love for holiday.So we will see how it performs as time goes on.I hope it works for a long time considering how much it cost.I haven’t brought a GE product it a very long time.So maybe to be continued.

High end gas range - different BTUs work for different size and amount of food and cookware. This range can make you feel like a chef at home.

Remodeled my kitchen and I wanted to upgrade my stove. I absolutely love the Monogram. Its a clean look and baking has been a wonderful experience. I definitely love my new addition.
