Works great, but wish they made it more clear which versions of iPhone would work. Bought for wife for her iPhone 7+. Works fine with my newer model.

Works OK, but when I went onto their website to download a soft copy of the user guide, they don't even recognize this model, and calling or trying to chat with them produces no human interaction after interminably long delays.

Charges my iphone 13 great. It is picky charging the iphone 8. Charging turns off more often than not on the Samsung Galaxy.

Good for the value as a wireless charger, but it is very finicky getting the actual charge going on one of my phones and needs pretty direct placement.

Doesn't fast charge my Samsung s21. Is just a bulkier and more expensive version of a charger I already have and charges at the same rate.

Didn't work as well as expected because certain kinds of phone cases interfer with the charging. What would be nice is if the store display had a unit plugged in on the store shelves so we could see if our phones would work properly with this product.

The charge is great. The only problem is that my wife is the only one who can use the charger because my case is too thick for wireless charging and it don't want to take apart the case to charge it. Not the charger's faut.

Sometimes placing the pixel 8 using the rubber case on the stand doesn't work. Have to reposition it for it to work. Otherwise works very well.

Great wireless charging at a decent speed for the price. The port on my phone does not work & the mophie allows me to continue charging my phone without costly repairs, time-consuming replacement or new phone purchase.

I purchased this to replace my mothers wireless charger. I was disapointed in the quality, materials, and buid. You have to assemble it and its not bad but not as solid like others. The material is a cloth like material which doesn’t appeal to me. Yes this would be soft and wouldn’t scratch the device. I see it as collecting dust and making it harder to clean. It does charge devices without an issue (I’ve only used it for about a month) and will see what the durabilty of it is through time.
