It's not the fastest charging case despite being USB-C and it doesn't charge the phone as fast either but it gets the job done. It can even wirelessly charge. You have to take off the case to plug it into a computer and it's tough to remove from the case but it feels sturdy. The back LED lights display charging after you press the button but they don't stay illuminated. Also, THERE ARE NO FRONT LED LIGHTS FOR BETTER SELFIES. The description falsely stated that and that should be corrected. I almost fully charged my phone in testing it on Day 1. Not bad.

This is a good back up battery for Samsung Galaxy Note phones. It doesn't require cords when I'm traveling and all I have to do is hit a button. It adds a little weight but the phone cover protection is well worth it.

Adds about 50% more battery. Case protects the phone pretty well and isn't too bulky. Has problems running android auto through the port in the case and it won't automatically charge your phone you have to turn it on by holding the button on the back. Other than the android auto annoyance it gets the job done.

Pros: 1. Not too heavy. 2. Doesn't have heat issues. 3. Provides a tight seal around phone. 4. Supports wireless charging. Cons: 1. Will give you about 50% of a phone charge. 2. Does not work with Android Auto. 3. Really expensive. Given the pros and cons, I'd give it 3 stars, but I feel that is generous. The no android auto support is a major drawback given the fact that it is really hard to get in and out of the case. What is really weird is we have an S8+ in the household with a mophie case which does support android auto. I can't, for the life of me, figure out why it would support that phone but they can't seem to figure out how to get it to support the Note 9. It does it's job, charging the phone when not near a charger, and that's it. For the price, android auto support isn't asking too much.

Great slim design adding protection and extending the already long battery time on the phone! Quick charging and access the stylist without removing the battery cover. Wow!

If you need extra battery, this is a great case for you. But if you hate added bulk or weight, avoid at all costs. It makes this beautiful thin phone feel and look like a brick. I also experienced some issues while trying to charge both at the same time. Once the phone was charged, sometimes it wouldn’t continue charging the case. I had to press the button on the back. I ended up returning it because the added battery life didn’t justify the added bulk for me, personally.

Great feel to it, light and doesn't add crazy bulk to an already slim design. I've used Mophie products for many years and expected this product to deliver. Plus: USB C plug in, Q Wireless, light weight, fully charged phone in morning with fully charged case should get you through the day no problem. Cons: battery test took my Note 9 all the way down to -5%, turned on the Mophie case and it charged me back to -40% and was done. Come on now I expect at LEAST 1 full charge. Priced at 89.00 from Best Buy normal price for Mophie cases, hasnt been in stock at store since purchased. This is my daily case I would recommend but just know youre only going to get about 40% charge.

I have had past mophie cases. This one is my favorite. It gives you a little more than half a charge. Its slim. One piece. It is matte with grip on it. Very comfortable to the hand. It uses usb-c! The way the bottom fits around the speaker it helps to project sound toward the screen so you don't have to worry about covering the bottom speaker. A win!

Gives an extra boost to the battery if you forget to charge phone and busy. It is not the same size nor capacity as the built in battery as other's have mentioned so not like a second battery but believe it is 35%ish capacity ? The physical size is fairly compact and does not add a lot extra to the phone. Just nice to have that extra power when you need it and no place to charge. Wish the price was less given the battery capacity.

This juice pack adds weight though trade off is power when running low and you don't want to carry an extra battery pack, charging block and cables. You don't get to 100% though the "back up" charge will get you past 50% enough to get you back to where you can charge your phone. Awesome for those on the road or travelling. I scored this 4 out of 5 as I don't have another product to compare this to.

For an external battery case I feel that this has a really good grip to it as well as a lighter weight than some others I have seen. It isn't extremely bulky which was what one of my concerns with this type of case was. It slid right on the phone with ease and holds battery life well.

This works well and does give extra long battery life. However it does make the phone feel bulky and I have a harder time texting with my small hands. It is also heavy. But I don’t think it can be helped and still do its job, so A solid 4 stars

Case is built tight. It provides good impact resistance. Provides a really nice firm non-slip grip. Recharging is simple. Just press the button twice and it'll start charging the phone. However it does not provide a true one-to-one connection from C connector of the phone to C connector of the external juice pack for some reason. If you want to use Android Auto don't get this juice pack. If you want to use Mirroring or the DX function don't get the juice pack. None of these functions will work with this case attached. I spent days troubleshooting, Best Buy spent a few hours trying to figure it out. Took the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 out of the juice pack and everything worked. Android Auto, Mirroring and DX. Put phone back into the case none of functions would work. Additionally wireless charging causes the back of the juice pack to become very hot! In just 20 minutes time providing minimal charge in the process. I would not recommend this to anyone that wants to use any of those features. But if you're looking for a good battery pack to get you through a tight spot this is the one.

Fits great on phone. Has raised upper and lower ends to keep screen off surfaces. It gives the phone much weight but it's an added battery. Wireless is great but you have to find the sweet spot on wireless dock.

I would have to say agree with the reviews i have read on this product. It seems to fully charge to only 50 or 80 percent of phones battery. I use it as a back up, however for the money on a long day when I'm out in the field away from any power source i expect not the bare minimum but a full charge. For a well known name brand product i would think your product would speak for itself in quality, durability and overall work better than the cheap batteries marketed. For the price of this charger i could have bought two chargers and a power bank. The idea of this product is to have a light weight charger that easy to use, simple to hold and worth the cost of not having to carry multiple chargers or power banks. I found ease of fitment a bit getting use to, but after a few tries you realize firm and steady is the way to go. if you are heavy handed with this item you most likely will either break your phone or the charger. With the 10 already on the market who knows if they will update this make it a easy to insert your phone without doing damage to either product.

i have had other mophie battery cases before but honestly this one is much better than the old ones. the switch to a softer plastic has saved my phone from braking at least twice and well the battery aspect is self explanatory. nevertheless, it is a great product. would certainly recommend.
