Over all great features but call connections are kind of bad.

This is a great phone for its size and price. The physical QWERTY keyboard on a Smart Phone without sacrificing screen size is nice. The battery life is OK but could be better or at least give a removable battery to be able to have multiple batteries. It takes great pictures and the front facing camera is really nice when trying to take self shots or get a picture of a 2 year old that wants to see the screen. This is a great phone for what you pay. Motorola has done a wonderful job again

I got this phone to replace my evo shift when it died. Main reason I got it is because I'm one of those people who MUST have the keyboard. Texting is the main thing I use the phone for. With that being said, the keyboard feel is great. The phone is faster than my evo shift. Two biggest flaws: inability to remove the battery (and the stock battery life isn't the greatest) and inability to move apps to external memore card. So if you use a lot of large apps, this may be something to consider. I don't use a lot of apps.

I loved previous Photon, but occasionally missed the keyboard I'd had on my prior phone. Photon Q is faster and able to handle more apps easily, plus has physical keyboard for the occasional technical work where that's a blessing. Nice that it upgraded to Jelly Bean, too.

Got a great deal on this phone online at Bestbuy.com. Lightweight, easy to use, quick response time, love the 4G service. Does seem to use the battery quickly I would list that as the only Con I have seen so far so I always keep the charger close by. Definitely would recommend this phone especially to those that need the keyboard!

I've had one instance the phone's screen froze but it's probably because it was 5degrees outside. Other than that it's great. I love the keyboard the picture options and how fast it is. Its almost as fast as my new Dell laptop on my wifi.

I actually got this phone for free. Best Buy had it offered at 49.99 with 2 year Sprint agreement. BUT the catalog had it as FREE! So of course Best Buy being as awesome as they are gave it for FREE! Later I went to the Sprint store and saw it for 99.99. Woohoo! I got two of these by the way. The phone is pretty big for what we are used to now. It does get hot quickly but probably because of all the functions. It really is a smartphone with many abilities. Battery life is decent. I found an otter case for them so that was good. Love the qwerty board.

It's hard to find fault with this phone. The 4G LTE is lightning fast. I text and e-mail a lot so the qwerty keyboard comes in handy. The battery life is great and the camera takes excellent pictures. Unlike Samsung phones you aren't bombarded with as many useless factory installed apps with the Photon Q. The call quality isn't perfect and the phone is a little heavy due to the keyboard, but those aren't deal breakers. It's the perfect smart phone!

My wife was ready to update her old phone to an android device. She wanted one with a slideout keyboard and a nice camera. Luckily this was the only one our carrier had with the bigger screen. She can't say enough about this camera. She loves the camera, talk to text, calender and all the apps. Nice, fast processor. I have Samsung S3, and aside from mine having a few more features(wihich I never use), this phone is just as nice.

This was an upgrade to a 4 year old phone for my wife. She finally was ready to make the jump to a smart phone. The worst thing is the battery life is shorter than would be ideal, but with chargers at home, work and in the car she can get by. Mostly used for phone calls, but with the full keyboard she has actually started texting.

I love this phone. I changed from a Blackberry and it was a pretty simple change over for me. It was easy to figure out how to use and set everything up all on my own just by pressing buttons and navigating around. Friends have said the phone sounds mufflied so I just put it on speaker phone and all seems to be fine then. I love the quewery board as well, makes it much easier to text than the touch screen only.

Great phone. Love the ease of typing with the keyboard and the option of touchscreen. Speakers are very clear, sound quality awesome. Camera is basic with a slow shutter. Overall good bang for your buck.

This phone has been a delight. The only reasons I don't give five stars are the poor battery life and the fact that the phone shut down and never turned back on. However, best buy employs some rock stars and I had my new one three days later, and it's in fine form. It also gets hot, but that's pretty standard for smart phones.

I had the HTC EVO 4G Shift before i got this phone and I loved that phone but with this one having a bigger screen and a bigger keyboard and definitely a Lot faster, it makes playing my SNES and GBA games on here that much better :) Very glad I waited for this phone, it was worth. It!

I've always like the feel of real buttons as opposed to the touch screeen, but that may just be my fat fingers. The phone is easy to navigate and personalize. It's the right size for a phone, and big enough not to strain your eyes while browsing the internet. I also dropped it a few times and it's just scratched.
