Being my first blue tooth device, I have no frame of reference. I bought it with the expectations that: 1) it would fit in my ear; 2) it would connect with my phone; and 3) it would allow me to converse and listen without having to hold my phone. This product has met these expectations. My only complaint is that it's a bit difficult to fit onto my ear, but then again, I have huge f'ing ears.

This Bluetooth is the best very light weight can't tell it's in. Worth every penny

Ok...so I am really picky when it comes to headsets because I have tiny ears. I never thought I did until I realized that I can't get earbuds to stay in my ears to save my life! So I was skeptical when I saw this unit but my trusted Motorola had died and is no longer made. It was worth the money. It stays on my head whether driving, cleaning the house, picking things up, or racing around the store. I love the voice activation (which usually never works with my iPhone) and the charger case. I throw the charger case into my purse and I always have a backup charge. I use my phone constantly and solidly get 4-5 hours of talk time before it lets me know it needs recharging AND it recharges in 15 min!!

Blue Tooth was easy to connect and the sound and noise cancellation is great.

I have owned many Bluetooths in the past but thus one rocks! Super clear, amazing noise cancellation, and the battery lasts forever. Warning: you will forget you are wearing it! I ruined my first one by getting into the shower with it on.

simple to operate, and comfortable when using it for a long time.

Great hidden design !! Works great even in loud areas. The people I talk to also like it , no volume problems. It does hurt inside my ear after several hours. It even makes an abrasions inside the ear on real long days. The charging station is nice it even has a batery back up charge in it

If you need to wear it for a few hours it's uncomfortable. The portable charger is a big plus.

I thought this was a cool Bluetooth because it could be hidden by my hair and use it at work. It also was comfortable in and on my ear. You can switch it to either ear. It has its case. I loved my Bluetooth.

Very clear sounding and comfortable. Just sits in the ear.

My dad is a truck driver and he loves this Bluetooth.

The product is an excellent product, but does not fit well due to the size of the ear bud.
