The stove was not secured as per the salesman said it would be required. Also, it does not fit flush with the back wall therefore both sides are a few inches exposed. I’m hoping Best Buy will rectify this for safety.

Installation was not completed. Tile was cut on counters stove bottom of counter has 3" gap opening

I was pleased with the installation team. They kept the dust to a minimum and did a great job of cleaning up the area after they finished. They took the cord that I had purchased but didn't need for the installation, and a credit showed up on my bill. They could have easily taken the cord and not told me that I didn't need it and I would never have known the difference. Now that's team integrity! A small hiccup...a couple pieces of tile broke on my counter top. They immediately brought it to my attention and arranged for an adjustment on the installation cost. It appeared that the lip of the old range was placed under the tile edging when it was originally installed.

We were so fortunate to have an excellent crew of two polite and well-trained individuals installing our new appliances. They removed the old appliances efficiently and installed the new ones in an expert manner. They took care not to scratch floors or doorways, and they were very careful with the black stainless steel finish on the new appliances. Thank you!! I also want to thank Best Buy for being accommodating on our delivery dates, which had to be revised several times because of delays with our kitchen renovation.

The two gentlemen that came to deliver my new dual range oven, and haul away the old oven were very professional, and extremely helpful since I was unaware I need an electrician to come out, and wouldn't have known had they not informed me. They did a great job!! Very quick, and knew exactly what needed to be done!!

Best Buy Team of installers had our new Jenn-Air Slide-In Gas Range Oven installed in under an hour. Friendly, professional technicians arrived on-time and didn't leave the premises until all the stove operations were functioning properly and all of our questions answered thoroughly. Thank you!

The Geek Squad DID NOT do my install, wish they had. BB used outside company who promised install on one date, but then cancelled that morning. Thank goodness for BB, they made it right and I got my install the next day. The installers did a fabulous job, must have been the "A Team", got the slide in range in and going in record time. I am happy now and really appreciate BB getting the job done.

Great buy. This range does everything. It not only does the essential, cook and bake. It also air fry and self clean.

Guys were great that came to install the oven and gas line. Made sure it fit perfectly and that we were happy with the way it looked. Tested to make sure it worked too.

Do unit does work but it's not set and it's opening properly

Improvements in technology are appreciated. It would be better if it included a broiler and attractive sample recipe pamphlet for user. Not enough time from day of installation to make more helpful comments.

My installers did an awesome job! They were polite and knowledgeable. They made sure the range fit over the new floor!

THE DELIVERY WENT SMOOTH AND THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE GOOD. THE APPLIANCES WERE IN A GREAT CONDITION AND THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE BY A THIRD PARTY AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN STATED AND CALL WHEN THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY. I LOVE THE RANGE AND THE GLASS IS EASY TO CLEAN. LOVE THE WIFI FEATURE AND AIR FRY.

The guys called us 15 minutes before installation and were 45 minutes late. Understandable as the installation was quick easy and they didnt scratch the wood

The independent contractor that installed my range was awesome. We had some issues with going from a 37 year old drop-in range to a slide-in range and these guys solved all the problems without complaint. Also, our kitchen is on the second floor, up two flights of steps. When they left, we had a beautiful new, working has range. Very happy with this installation!

Had so many features and cooks great. Much easier to use and clean

The two guys called before they arrived. They had the old stove out and the new one in the kitchen within a few minutes. We live in a split-level, so there are a few steps. GE no longer made the exact stove we were replacing and at first the new stove did not slide in as far as it needed to. It took them a few minutes, but they got it all the way in.

Looks, Cooks & bakes like a high end gas range!!!!
