I’m a business professional by day, professional gamer by night. I had the Razer Blade Advanced RTX 2080 laptop and thought I was living it up. Soon after purchase I experienced issues with the GPU which forced a return. This MSI is what I wish the Razer was. Professional cosmetics, powerful hardware, ports-a-plenty, long battery life (roughly 5 hours of low demanding usage), and a price point well under what you’re actually purchasing here. This MSI houses Intel’s first 8-core Intel i9 processor alongside Nvidia’s most powerful thin and light mobile GPU, the RTX 2080 max-q. Anyone skeptical of the max-q take a look at my benchmarks. Most desktop versions of the RTX 2080 card run slower than this laptop. YouTube isn’t always correct.

This is laptop has specs comparable to mid end gaming desktops, which is amazing for how lightweight and thin this machine is. I’ve had it for about three weeks now and I’m still just amazed. I use this thing at full capacity for at least six hours a day, and runs incredible all day everyday. I can run games like fortnite and call of duty with 160 FPS with cpu on turbo. The build quality is also really great and beautiful. Highly recommend if you are in this price range.

There is a reason this gaming laptop sells out quickly. Super fast super lite weight. Does run a bit hot, but that is to be expected. Highly recommend.

This is an excellent laptop computer for portable gaming and everyday work. If you enjoy gaming on the go or simply connecting to your tv via HDMI, this is a solid choice.
