So far every thing is good. Purchased for my son to perform college work on and some gaming. We had been using a dell gaming laptop until it failed. Hoping this MSI will have a longer lifespan. It is super fast and comes with its own built in light show.

After reading some of the negative reviews I was a little apprehensive. Totally unfounded. Pulled out of the box, plugged it in, and not one single issue. Couldn't be happier.

This computer works like a beast!!! Downloaded all my games and they're running fast and smooth. Started editing on premiere pro and it's not choppy at all!!

Worth the Wait! My kid loves this PC. We had to wait for it but it is smooth and runs flawlessly. Great specs for the price, got it on sale!!!

Works great! Some small things were wrong when I first got it. A wire was hitting the fan and making a noise, and the headphone jack doesn't work.

Love it. Even after a year it's still running great. Runs everything I needed it to plus.

Great processing speed, low noise. Has the options to change LED colors, which is a neat feature.

Great pc for the money. GPUs have been sold out so this came in handy.

It would be a good computer...if it would stop blue-screening. The problem started the first week after purchase, so I took it in and had the Geek Squad check it out. Their customer service was great, and I thought the problem had been fixed. But I am still getting blue-screens. After looking at other reviews I found that this is not an uncommon problem...I don't recommend this PC. It is not worth the trouble.

Was really excited when ordering, even paid to expedite shipping. Only to be let down in the end. Worked out of the box but got first blue screen about 20 mins into use. These lockup’s continued pretty consistently for 2 days regardless of extensive trouble shooting, is and driver updating, and hardware testing. Returned today, sadly.

This is a modern pinball machine. A lot meaningless lights and preloaded games. Not meant for getting any work done.

everyone is complaining about blue screening and issues but i have not had any issues with any of this. only con is the front glass panel does not come off so dusting the mesh behind the three panels is a little pesky great pc thanks

Like many here I bought this computer when it was on sale. I was eager to finally have a desktop so I ignored the regular freezes plaguing this $1400 light up paperweight. Then the BSODs started, they occurred even doing the most menial of tasks. I finally accepted defeat that I had fallen victim to a con. Its really not to much of a stretch to expect a $1400 machine to function correctly at purchase. I have spoken with customer support and their having me ship it across the country (at my expense!) to fix the broken $1400 light up sculpture I was conned into buying. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere for a gaming computer!
