Customers commend the AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT MECH 2X 8G OC GDDR6 PCI Express 4.0 Gaming Graphics Card for its strong performance, especially at 1080p resolution, and its effective cooling system. However, some users point to the cost as a significant drawback and express concerns about the card's ray tracing capabilities and driver compatibility. While many appreciate the high frame rates and ease of use, potential buyers should carefully consider these trade-offs.

Overpriced! This performs terribly compared to other cards in this price range. This should be in the $200-300s

Was super excited to get a new graphics card to replace my old rx 580 however this card was a nightmare. Wouldnt be consistent at all with frames, hardly got above 30-40fps on a lot of games. (My rx 580 was better than it at this point) Even when i would set them low. No matter what drivers or fixes people recommended helped at all. Exhanged it for an nvidia 3060 and definitely dont regret it.

It's probably excellent but I'm not a tech person. The kids say their games work like magic now. Easy to install too.

Upgraded from an older card. Performs better, which is not surprising since it's objectively a more powerful card. Unfortunately bigger, completely covers one of my PCI slots. Got a modest increase in performance without breaking the bank, but it's still old tech at this point.

Green screen

"I bought this card to play video games. The first month was good until I started having green screens. I tried to update the drivers and made sure the card was cool, but the green screens still appeared while playing. By the time I wanted to return it to the store, my warranty had expired (15 days without subscription). I lost my money."

Honestly this is not a bad little card to have. I can pretty much play any game newer than Vanguard at 80-100% max graphics settings on games without a hitch. Someone complained that this is noisy. I don't really think so. Ive ran this card at 90+% capacity, fans full blast and makes nothing more than a quite hum. Honestly, my cheap case fans make more noise.
Is this card overpriced quite a bit - yes. But look around, other than your dirt cheap, basic of basic graphics cards every semi decent to good graphics card is going 2x-3x MSRP. China is back in lockdown, which is where graphics cards are made. There is a severe chip shortage. There are simply just supply chain issues. Lastly, some guy has 30 of these cards in a row mining crypto. The later of which is why, for the most part, that a lot of these cards have skyrocketed in price. Until there is a better way to mine crypto outside of using GPU's, cards are ALWAYS going to be significantly over priced.

Great for mining. When tuned, I can use little power consumption for a good hashrate. Gaming isn't 3090 type of fps but is smooth. If you decide to buy this its great for mutiple uses.

Good card, but at this price can get even a better card for same price elsewhere. Best Buy is starting to be the laugh stock of Tech/electronics. Change there name to RipOff Buy

Supply and Demand. The Good and the bad Guys.

The Human race is full of good guys and bad guys, That's why I stopped buying and using BestBuy unless is something critical that I need right away. While the good guys keep selling their short stock at MSRP doing raffles and email waiting lists, We have Best Buy or like another reviewer called them RIP OFF BUY, selling these electronics at more than double their MSRP. Yes that's correct they are making more money than the manufacturer. I was one of the few tech People that wanted and walked into best buy and bought their electronics to help them stay in business since almost 100% of the time I'm able to find the same or better electronics cheaper using bigger retailers online.. (and you have to argue with them if you want them to price match something). They are shooting themselves on the foot and I won't be sad when they close their doors..
