A great board for the price. 2 m.2 slots 4 ram slots and 6 fan slots on the board. MSI makes it easy for you to sync your rgb with their software. Perfect for the new CPUs. It is not wifi capable so you will need to buy a separate card for that.

For a B550, this is board has all the creature comforts at a significant savings. m.2 4x4 AND m.2 3x4....however, there is a caveat; in the event you populate the PCIe Gen 4 x 16 slot along with the m.2 4x4, you can only use either the remaining m.2 3x4 OR the remaining PCIe Gen 3 x 16 slot. I would expect to see this situation in a B550M (mATX form) as the mATX form and function is condensed to a PCIe x 16 and a couple PCIe X 4 slots. If this is a deal breaker, or if you see multiple potential PCIe instances in your build, then you would be best to look at the MEG line. This board shines with 10+2 VRAM for OC goodness, pump header, cpu fan header, Type C USB 3.2 gen 2 on rear I/O. A strong competition in the budget to middling B550 strata.

I got this because I wanted a bit of RGB and wanted to auto set overclocking. This board just that and the RGB is light enough to be not obnoxious

a great upgrade from my B450 Tomahawk. easy plug and play. also it comes with a M.2 heat sync and a built in IO shield. what else could you ask for.

Great motherboard! Worked perfectly after updating the bios to the latest version. The RGB is also very nice. The M.2 heatsink is a great plus on the board
