Item was broken upon receipt. Not Best Buy’s fault at all. The board came with a dead PCIe slot and wouldn’t recognize my video card.

dead on arrival what more can I say. Msi boards used to be great, they are sending a new one I hope it works

It died only after a couple of months. It is no longer returnable.

trash, do not bother if you have a 5000 series gpu

This motherboard is perfect for anyone looking for a quick and easy PC build with a ryzen 5000 series, I used the 5600x and it worked absolutely flawlessyl with a 6700xt aswell! I love this mobo with its easy ability, oh and btw bios is f11!

I bought this motherboard in order to upgrade from my aging i5-2500k, This motherboard is very reliable and packed with features. The fact that you're able to find such a great product at this price....well. It's a steal to be quite honest. If you need a B550, get this one

I bought this motherboard out of necessity. I had ordered a Asrock motherboard on Ebay, but it turned out it wasn't compatible with my new AMD Ryzen 5 5600G CPU. I am not a computer expert, but I have always good things about the MSI brand. So when I saw this motherboard on the Best Buy website, AND that is was in stock, I bought it ASAP!! I like the styling, the sturdy construction, the great back panel, and the day I bought it, Best Buy had it as a Black Friday special with a $35 discount!! I've had it for about two months now, and I really like it. What is really nice is that MSI provides great support. Their software provides great integration for tweaking the controls, and even has a sound control app. When I checked for a BIOS update, it was quick and easy through the MSI control panel. I'm sure I will be happy in the long run.

While we were in the store we were very happy to have an employee who has used and could give us real information in relation to the different b550 they had. My son is very happy with the performance in his new computer build.

Love this motherboard. Bought this in 2020 of December when I was building my PC. It is now January of 2023 and I've been experiencing an issue for about 8 months now where my keyboard and mouse would randomly disconnect. Any device that was plugged in via USB would disconnect at the most random times.

Good value motherboard. Only complaint is that it doesn't have Wifi or Bluetooth but you can just buy a dongle for that.

Compatible with any aftermarket case used this on several other builds. No problems yet. Good strong board.

Bought it for my new PC and its works great. The bios update was easy and the 2 Nvme slots are awsome. No problems from it and its a good price.

great thing lots of options easy to install as well as comes with disk for drivers if you have disk drive if not you can go to their website
