Worst Best Buy Experience Ever!

This item has not shown up for pickup for a month now, but Best Buy will not cancel it causing it to keep overdrawing my checking. It repeatedly sends the charges, but they will not let me cancel it until it arrives. I was supposed to pick it up three weeks ago. I've called numerous times and have to replace my card to stop the charges! I will never purchase from Best Buy again. This is an outside seller that they are allowing to market this kid of service on their website!
