    I built a nice computer, used this power supply. I went into my computer room, and tried turning this PC on. Nothing. Just a slight click sound. I pulled out my power supply tester and this was dead. I turn computer off every night, and I have a nice battery backup/surge protector in use. I would not buy again. I thought buying a name brand would serve me well, but I was wrong.

    Broke in 15 month! Product used in normal circumstances, replacing a psu of lower capacity after I upgraded my graphics card. PSU suddenly stopped working after just 15 month, and no help from best buy. Nothing they can do other than recycle it, for a product of this price this is not acceptable.

    Junk--failed in 6 months. Best Buy installed as part of bigger upgrade but would not honor the 10 year warranty. Said we had to deal with MSI. Needed computer so we had to buy a replacement or wait for MSI to replace/return it. MSI would only repair/replace under warranty and not refund the original. So much for customer service!

    Great power supply to go along with my 5080. The new 12V-2x6 cable worked really well. I don't hear the PSU anymore than I do my normal case fans and no other noises. It looks good, but then again my case has a shroud over the PSU. The other thing I liked was the cables themselves have cable combs and I don't feel like it needs 3rd party cables to make it look great. Overall very pleased with this upgrade. Review incentivized by MSI "Shout out" program, but the review is my own thoughts and opinions.

    Affordable, solid build, and packed with both ATX 3.1 for a simpler/ safer connection to a GPU, as well as PCI-E 5.1 support for future proofing. Great all-arounder that you can't go wrong with.
