Junk..... barely used in 18 months and the mother board went out. Call MSI, horrible customer service and wanted $700 to repair because it was out of warranty. By 6 months. Was used less that 10 times total

Am I crazy? Does this advertisement not say the laptop has a 1TB SSD? I bought this and received a laptop with a 500GB SSD. I exchanged it for the same product and Best Buy sent me a laptop with a 500GB SSD for a second time. Oh, and during the three minutes I had this computer on after installing Windows, I had to restart it twice because the screen froze, much like the other reviewer described. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I purchased my MSI Modern 15 A11SB (intel core i7, 16GB memory) from Best Buy on the 26th of March and received it on April 1st. The first two days it froze three times. The screen won't move, can't type or move the cursor, have to use the power button for a manual shut off/on. I thought it was my two antivirus software causing problems with one another. I uninstalled Mcafee and only have Norton now (I've previously never had problems with Norton). The computer was fine for a couple of days, I have noticed that the battery-life even on power saver is much less than the 10+ hours they say. But then tonight it froze again, the same problem as before. I filed a ticked but will be returning my laptop to best buy before April 15th to get my full refund under their 15-day refund policy. I was hoping this would be my "ideal" computer, I'm super dissapointed. I'm also disappointed that MSI's "live chat" button goes to a 404 missing page, not cool.
