Battery dies quicker than I expected it overall pretty good.

Runs well enough, but didn't come with the internal 2.5 SATA connector. Spent another 150 bucks on a drive I can't use now until I buy an external docking bay. Lame.

I've had this for a year and 8 months and is absolutely amazing!! I've played heavy games and majority VR gaming on this and absolutely stunned!

Had a Lenovo gaming laptop before this one that I loved, and it had lasted longer than any computer I had ever owned. However, I dropped it and damaged it beyond repair and thought I would not find one that I liked as much. To my surprise the MSI Sword meets my needs and has a few features that the Lenovo lacked and very happy with my purchase.

Performs great for work and play. Benefits from extra storage and a fan.

Its ok too play minig game but the fan too loud !!!

Not best laptop. Dies very quickly, my screen is cutting in and out even when I plug in the charger the screen goes black then turns back on. For gaming it is a decent laptop, but for long term everyday use it’s a NO.

It’s different than the computer we had but we’re getting used to. It has a great battery life and seems to be doing everything that we needed to be doing was a great choice on the sales people did a wonderful job helping us

This was a gift for Christmas. I was very careful with at all times and never dropped it or never closed the screen on something. A small horizontal white line appeared on the screen. So I took it to Beat Buy since it was still new and I had only used it not even a handful of times. Best Buy sent it out for repair. I got an email for me to approve work to be done on it and that the manufacturer refused to cover the charges!!!!! I’m livid!!!!! I just got it and it had this line when I opened it!!! I did not do anything to damage the screen!!! Very upset about this!!!

This is a great product and a great price. No complaints at all, except I'm loosing to much sleep because I'm gaming too much!

Nice pc, need to be careful with the charger cord.

I brought it on 1.2.23 and returned it on 1.3.23. The graphics are great. But the battery is completely horrible. Like 30 minutes max at 100 percent charge and lowering all the configurations. It is also kind of sluggish. I am a girl who uses macbooks and wanted a good windows gaming pc/work pc. This gaming computer wasnt worth the money. It was also too slow. I got a different brand that works amazingly.

Bought this as a gift for my young nephew and no complaints so I think I can give it a 5 stars review. Not sure how experienced a gamer he is but probably excels for his age.

Love this laptop. I got it because I’m an illustrator major a lot of my work is on computer. I needed something that could run photoshop. Also it can run tarkov .__.

Best laptop I have ever had. Worth all the money and then some that I spend.

I was very excited when I purchased this laptop 3 weeks ago and couldn't wait to setup it up when it arrived. Once it arrived and I powered it on, the screen froze and I had to hard shut it down by holding the power button. I was going to do a fresh install of Windows 11 regardless, so it wasn't too big of an issue for me. Once I got Windows 11 installed, everything seemed to be running smoothly... until the random freezes started to happen. I'm a pretty technical individual that understands the basics of how computers work (both software & hardware), and where I should research to find the issue at hand. I've installed all of the most recent drivers listed on MSI's support site for this product (also flashed the most recent BIOS they had listed), along with following numerous technical online threads with suggestions on how to solve the freezes, but none of the solutions worked. After dealing with the random freezing for a few weeks, I decided to attempt to re-install Windows 11 once again, just to see if something may have happened during the first install which caused core system files to be corrupted. This install did not solve the issue, as I'm still witnessing the random crashes/freezes. I've attempted to reach out to MSI's support team to see if they have had any similar reports (and any potential solutions on their side), but they just suggested things I've already attempted at this point. I'm at a loss for what else I can try before attempting to return this product (as it may have a faulty battery or something like that which could be causing this). As of right now, BestBuy displays that I'm outside of my return window by 10 days, but I believe they are lenient on that deadline (at least I hope so). For anyone that is curious and has run into this issue, the primary warning/error events are related to both hypervisor and (once you turn off Core Isolation) a potential "driver" having issues with DetectionVerification (somehow, all the drivers listed on MSI's support page for this product don't solve this). The only "after market" upgrade I made to the laptop was installing another 8 GB DDR4 SODIMM RAM stick right after I received the laptop. I verified the RAM wasn't the issue by running some software checks which validate the memory installed on the machine. If it wasn't for the random freezes, I would give this review a 5 star, as this laptop does have great components and runs fantastically for the price point I received it at.

Best gaming computer , my son spends hours gaming . The battery life is amazing . Fast downloading . 10/10

For a lower price gaming laptop, it works pretty well. I bought this for his home schooling hoping it would work better than a business laptop. It's really fast and has great graphics.
