    bought 2 of these for my sons for christmas, both of them have cracks that have appeared throughout the housing and seems to be getting worse as time goes. neither best buy or MSI would give me a refund or replacement even though my son got it for xmas on the 25th and i bought it on the 16th, my warranty was over by 8 days and they refused to work with me. Terrible product and companies that don't stand behind their products.

    Sometime like lagging even I update the window and update everything I can. And also when opening chrome sometimes has to wait as it didn’t go fast compare to other laptops
