Sound issues

The sound on this system is very staticky. I've worked with MSI support and updated my bios, updated drivers, done a Windows reinstall, done a MSI reset. All to no avail. Now MSI wants me to send it in for repair but that'll take several weeks. Best buy is unable to help me. Not even a one-for-one exchange at the store. Not very happy.

Declining Quality

However I have had to contact customer support twice and it is still not working properly. I chose the computer because I had such a great experience with my last one from MSI but it could not be adapted to windows 11 and it was getting old.

The screen has 500 nits brightness and the refresh rate is 240hz on a 1600p resolution. Find something better to do other than lie on reviews.
